Check-in: the villa is available from 2 p.m. until 5.30 p.m. Please note that check-in must be carried out at the Sorrento Holidays office, situated 80 metres from the entrance of Sorrento.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the villa not later than 10 a.m.

Use of water, gas, cooker and oven, microwave oven, fridge, freezer, washing-machine, dish-washer, iron and ironing-board, coffee-maker, kettle, toaster, hairdryer, satellite TV, stereo with CD player, DVD, barbecue and three sun-beds on the beach is included in the price.
Weekly change of linen is included in the price.
Wireless Internet connection is provided free of charge.
Baby cots for children up to 3 years of age are included in the price.

Weekly cleaning is not included in the price and costs €60,00.

40% deposit is required upon confimation. The balance on arrival day. Cancellation within 60 days prior to arrival: 50% penalty; less than 30 days prior to arrival: 95% penalty.
