The hotel looked very grubby as we approached it (beware of all the no left turns around the hotel or like me you will be driving around in circles to get there). However the lobby and rooms were very impressive, especially the very state of the art Japanese style rooms with sliding doors and sensor lights. The room and bathroom was beautiful, well designed with even a two sided wardrobe that also opened into the bathroom so you can get access to your clothes from there! An extremely pleasant stay in a wonderful city, but WORD OF WARNING if you wish to use their underground car park - they charge over 25 euros a day!!! Find another cheaper public car park. How they can justify a day's parking to be over a quarter of a double room price is beyond me.

The Hotel was good and close to centre but we could not stay there the first night because of overboooking, therefore we were moved to another Melia but faraway from downtown. This basically ruined our first day since we had to use taxis to move from hotel to centre and back. I have to say they aplogized and they even gave back to us the money we had spent for the taxis the day before, but our short visit to Seville was jeopardized by this. The quality of rooms of Melia Seville is good but they are noisy, cars horns could be heard even if we were staying in the 10th floor.

we were very fortunate to have a suite which had an amazing view of the city and beautiful accomadations with plasma tvs and magnificent 5 star bathroom, excellent value.about 15 min but pleasant to cathedral and main areas, staff all helpful but need improved faster check out ? video check out as had to wait behind 2 people who were changing money.

Cancellation must be made 48 hours before arrival date, and 1 night penalty will be charged in the case of a cancellation.
From 23.04.07 to 28.04.07 inclusive:
Cancellation must be made 15 days before arrival date, and 1 night penalty will be charged in the case of a cancellation.

CANCELLATION POLICY
