The desk agents are not very friendly...some of them are almost impolite! The elevators are very slow,specially at the rush hours (8 to 10am) . The location of the hotel is excellent, the service is good, the rooms have a good size and are very comfortable.Despite the first comments above, I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

This hotel was excellent for us travelling with an older person as access facilities and the lift were very good. The hotel is close to the centre and in an interesting part of town. Our rooms overlooking the central 'well' were very quiet. Breakfast was 10 euros extra (as stated)in the next door restaurant but was good value as long as you are likely to want more than 2 cups of coffee and a pastry. The staff were professional and multilingual.

Las zonas comunes son muy buenas, modernas, con obras de arte... la habitación, con buenas vistas y amplia, no era del mismo nivel que las zonas comunes. El baño antiguo, con bañera y cortina, no esperaba eso de un hotel como éste. Amenities insuficientes y de mala calidad. Había un producto todo en uno para el cuerpo y cabeza. Tuvieron un detalle muy bonito que fue una botella de Cava por el cumpleaños de mi pareja. El spa está bastante bien. Volveré a ir pero reservaré la próxima vez una junior suite.

The Hotel is located centrally in Palma with easy access to shopping area, cathedral and the beach. Our room had a view to the backyard, not so phantastic but nicely quiet. I would stay there again, good value for money and very helpul personnel. We arrived 8 in the morning and got a room instantly.

We stayed in a nice room with a balcony on 7th floor. We used the spa-facilities twice. Not all of the equipements were in order ( the rowing + speedometer at bike) but the jacuuzi and the hot steem-room was excellent! The dinner was not excellent, but the best of all was THE BEST BREAKFAST ever!!So delicate and fresh -top qualitee in all sences. I do recomend this hotel!

This was our first visit to Palma and the hotel was absolutely fabulous in everyway. In particular the bar/restuarant was great and a fantastic way to begin an evening out in Palma with the old town and bar so near by. Equally the breakfast was exceptional! just delicious and staff lovely.The gratuity SPA is as nice as it looks on the website. We came to Palma for a 40th birthday trip and the Hotel made our visit perfect. Thoroughly recommend this hotel.

We returned after 2 weeks and booked directly with the hotel. It was a better room, larger, better position (front, looking towards Passeig) and at the same price as internet booking!! I am greatful to Venere.com for finding the hotel for me but as others have commented why are the rooms always at the back? Why is it not possible to book a travel cot on Vednere.com? The travel cot we eventually received was of poor quality but did the job in the end. Should have wifi in rooms but doesn't! We did not find the front room noisy at all. The breakfast included in the price was reasonable and very adequate for such a warm country. No portering was available on arrival so I had to haul the luggage up myself and also of note no parking easily found in front of the hotel. Staff were generally helpful however smiles were not forthcomming!! Nice hotel in general and I would consider staying there again in the future because it is well situated for walking to historic centre of Palma.

We visited the stay. It took about 30 mins from airport to spain square by bus No.1 . then, change bus to reach Hotel. it was easy. We really enjoyed the breakfast of this hotel everyday as commented in this board. The balcony gives a good view of the small river in front of the hotel also the beautiful streets and mountains far away.

We found the hotel was well positioned and of a high standard. We enjoyed the breakfast which was a buffet, and had a good choice. We visited over easter for a friend's wedding but found everything closed! Apart from that, Palma is a lovely city, with lots to see and excellent seafood restaurants. The bus stop opposite the hotel is handy as the bus was very cheap and quick to get back to the airport.

Very nicely decorated hotel with good style but staff extremely unhelpful and miserable. There was not enough room at breakfast to accomodate all the guests and not enough staff to provide good service. Bar staff in the evening very rude and unhelpful. It is such a shame a beautiful hotel in a good location is ruined by the poor quality of service.

We loved staying at HM Jaime III. It was very comfortable, stylish and spacious, bur also with a very relaxed atmosphere. The location also made the hotel the perfect choice for a long week-end stay, which my husbound and I were there for. It was centrally located within walking distance to all attractions and shopping. The only thing we were a little bit disappointed about was the fitness center, which we did not expect to be in the same hot room as the jacuzzi.. Anyway, we would definitely choose this hotel again!

We have booked with venere a couple of times and always seem to be in rooms with a poor view at the back of the building. Why is this?

We have been very happy with our choice. Not only that the "HM Jaime III" is well situated (very close walking distance to the old town and to many nice restaurants) also the rooms are above-average in size and comfort. For our next stay in Palma de Mallorca we will again choose "HM Jaime III".

We found this hotel good value and of a very high quality. The breakfast buffet was particularly excellent and the bedroom had a wide balcony and good views across Palma.

A great to hotel to spend a few days in Palma de Mallorca. The rooms are quite big for a city hotel. Moreover they are clean and well-designed. You should take some time to sit in the lounge reading a book or a magazine. We will come back!

The Jaime III hotel is nicely situated, a nice hotel for design-lovers. The room is spacious with excellent beds and some fine details. Our room had a bedroom of which the batroom was n't renovated but nevertheless spacious and functional. The breakfast is one of the best we had in Mallorca with a very friendly and alert staff. The spa needs real attention: when we were there the turkish bath wasn't functioning, the jacuzzi not warm enough, the music too loud and the lights could be dimmed. Overall we had a pleasant two night stay at the Jaume III which is situated in an excellent location.

Great modern hotel with stylish rooms and friendly staff - great setting only ten minutes walk to the heart of the old centre and ten minutes from the up and coming Santa Catalina district. The hotel has a very smart bar restaurant with tables outside for people watching on the smart street. Great for the airport bus which stops outside. Excellent Value, the rooms have CD players.

This hotel has been completely refurbished and could be classed as a "boutique hotel". Excellent minimalistic decor and furnishings. Good central location.
