We had the premier room and it was a beautiful room. The bed was extremely comfy and Internet worked well. The exterior of the hotel and the hotel common areas, however, are a little bit put-offing....There are a hostal, standard rooms, premier rooms, and it looked like apartments on the site. The taxi driver had a hard time finding it and went first to the Melia across the street. I thought, "Oh, no!" as we checked in, but "Oh boy! Wow!" when we saw the room.

Booked this here as we had an early flight in the morning. A bit hard to find, so keep a record of the address as it is down a driveway and does not seem well marked. You need to call the hotel to get the shuttle to pick up. We had to wait a long time to be picked up and gave up and took a cab to the hotel (which was expensive although it was quite close - not sure why). Had a family room, which was nice, and less expensive than 2 double rooms. Overall was OK for an airport hotel and we might use it again. Alternatively just stay somewhere else and take the metro to the airport - that is very convenient as well.

Poor communication with the airport shuttle driver caused an hour delay on arrival. The second day a shuttle left 10 minutes early and we had to take a cab. The front desk people could care less about the problem. Hotel food prices were very expensive.
