Great location. Competent staff and they genuinely try to help. Most dealings with Receptionists: Michalik (emailing, arranging a taxi) and Anna (face to face, helped with moving rooms as I had paid for a double bed but my room was with twin beds-all sorted swiftly), can't really fault them. The air con in my room did not struggle with the outside temp, late August. Windows can't be opened for safety reasons-that did not bother my the slightest. I used the hotel taxi drivers and was pleased with their help. Airport- Sofitel at 3am was 60zl. Good value for money. I would go there again if I visit Wroclaw. Thanks.
