The concierge went out of her way to be helpful although she should have been more knowledgeable for a hotel of this caliber. The reception staff were average. Not polished enough to handle problems.

Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel.
