They did not have my reservation. They told me that they would make another one with my credit card. Finally, I got a room and this was the only important thing for me.

Expensive for what you got. 10 euro for a beer in the bar was a joke - worse than a London club!

How to reach Hotel Sofitel Lyon Aeroport

By car
Follow the A43 (E711, E70) highway, direction Grenoble, Chambéry, and take exit Saint Exupéry. Once at the airport look for Parking PO. Use the car park lift to T1 and T2 Niveau 1 then follow hotel signs.

By train
The TGV railway station is part of the airport. Follow signs for Le centre.

By bus
From Lyon Part Dieu or Perrache train stations, take the airport shuttle service (which leaves every 20 minutes, until 9 p.m.).

By airplane
Head towards the pharmacy in the central hall between terminals 1 and 2.
