We were given a room for a disabled person without (fortunately) a need for such a room, and without any comment on the part of the reception staff. We were charged Eu 220.00 on departure instead of Eu 210.00 as confirmed. The reception staff were, however, efficient and most helpful in all other respects.

How to reach Hotel Sofitel Hamburg Alter Wall
By car
From the A1, take the Elbbrücken bridge heading for the city centre Zentrum. Take Amsinckstraße and Ost-West-Straße to the Rödingsmarkt. Turn right at the traffic lights driving straight into Grosser Burstah street. Just before the Hamburg Chamber of Commerce, turn left onto Adolfsplatz. Follow the one way street. You will soon see the hotel lying on your right hand side.

Check-in: the rooms are available at any time after 3 p.m.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than midday.

Parking is not included in the price and costs €26,00/24 hours.

CANCELLATION POLICY
A guaranteed booking can be cancelled free of charge until
6 p.m. day of arrival. After that time we will charge 90%
