J'ai passé 3 nuits au Sofitel et malgré 4 appels je n'ai jamais réussi à avoir le mini bar qui fonctionnne. Le robinet de la baignoire faisait un bruit d'enfer lorsque je faisais couler un bain.

The clean, modern design of the Chicago Sofitel is welcome departure from the tired comtemporary designs of most other hotels, no matter how high end or well done they are. Without being over-stylized, this consistancy in the design was carried thoughout all the details, which added to the feeling of quilty.
