We booked bungalow deluxe garden.First, the safe did not work (replaced),the mini-frigo did not work(replaced).Than the water in the shower was not evacuated properly(after 2 interventions they realised that the pipe was broken by the outside roots of surrounding trees. After 2 days of stress,they upgraded us for free to a better bungalow on the beach. However,2 days lost with such problems, from the four we had in Bora-Bora- are far too much. At the price you pay you expect a good deal of quality offered. Not the case. We also realised that a lot of bungalows were closed and seemd in pitifull state probably needing serious rénovations. The resort seems old and overdue with improvements. Sad.
