Hotel Townhouse 70 - Turin

Location central, and overall v pleasant, but the room was far too hot, and there was no way to cool them except by opening the picture window.

Overall, the stay was good, the staff were friendly and most helpful. However, the air conditioner was too cold and couldn't be adjusted for warmer air. Also, when we ordered a meal with room service, they didn't follow all our requests of how well to cook the meat - and by the time it arrived it was already cool. The 10 euro vegetables were artistically presented - a few pieces of cold aubergine and a bit of cold cabbage (?) - not up to our expectations.

ideally located in the historic center of Torino, nearby Palazzo Reale, with excellent service and very comfortable quiet premises. Car parking is easy on Piazza Palazzo underground park.

Really the good place to be :-) We had very nice time in this hotel and in Torino.

I often visit to Torino for to see opera at Teatro Regio. This hotel is very good location to see opera.

This hotel is best for see opera at Tetaro Regio, it is 7 minutes to walk. Breakfast is very nice and when I shall come back to Torino,I wish to stay this hotel again.

Overpriced with respect to other similar hotels. Rooms are very small, breakfast is uninspiring. Internet/Wi-fi in rooms is not included.

A clean and comfortable hotel with correct services. The situation is ideal in the centre of Turin. Very good address, but the price is excessive compared to French Hotel Company offering same quality of service

hôtel très moderne,chambres agréables et calmes, belle décoration, très bien situé en plein centre historique et commerçant.Un seul petit problème: le personnel n'a pas pu nous renseigner (même en italien) sur les sorties le soir dans Turin (restaurants spectacles, boite de jazz etc....)

Front room, street side was a bit noisy but the windows cut down on the noise quite a bit. Great room - Great stay!

Right in the centre of town and I thought it would be noisy but not so. The rooms were spacious, decor great, breakfast room different with ability to mix with other guests. The staff were attentive and helpful and being a smaller hotel, had more of a friendly feel. First time in Turin and it is a lovely city-very elegant.

Much better than described and illustrated in the site. modern spaces - antique central building. comfortable and spacious rooms, functional and nice furnishing, several amenities and facilities. regular but satisfactory breakfast. nice people. if you need a hotel in Turin, do not hesitate to book a room here!

This is one of the best kept secret of the travel industry. Located absolutely centrally and yet on a relatively quiet street. The staff are unbelievably helpful and mirror the high standards and expectations of the lady manager. Arriving by car is a bit of a nightmare given the one way roads and the hotel web site would benefit from showing how to find the nearest car park. The city has plenty of excellently maintained and secure car parks. We arived on a busy Sunday and parked some distance from the hotel. On arrival, a member of the staff kindly took the matter in hand and personally navigated me closer to the hotel. Once unpacked we luxuriated in a large, spacious, well appointed bedroom with the latest plasma screen TV. The room was spotless and the mini bar was well stocked. Important: the room descriptions match the web photos. There is a bar downstairs near reception but not staffed continuously. The breakfasts are served around a communal table and the choice is from the freshest of ingredients. Delicious cheeses, hams, fresh fruit, breads of all sorts, yoghurts, juices and really good coffee. Dont be put off by my description of the table - its huge and its centre is covered with magazines, newspapers (European and USA) and books for all to read. Its easy to forget about the city outside. This is not really an hotel for familes with young children. They are welcome. Its appeal is to the discerning couple (young and old), single traveller (especially single females)and romantics. I would have no reservation in returning to Townhouse 70.
