The chateau was extremely beautiful. We particularly enjoyed the treks and the excellent dinner. The bathroom needs improvement , especially the doors. Considering that this is a 4 star property, they were not very well designed

I have never recommend staying this Hotel Chateau d'Artigny because of lack of full entertaining and solictitude for all guest. For example, some party held on the terrace until midnight.however, Nobody of Hotel staff did pre announcement fot guest and they didn't any key action for some party. It's caused so noisy taking & chating sound . We could'nt relax and having good time in a room.Thus,1our evaluation as bellows. Unfortunetely,Quality vs Price was very worse

This four star hotel does not live up at all well to any other four star hotel that we have visited. It may be a lovely/beutiful old building but it needs to update on what it's customers want. The restaurant was far too expensive a very ordinary bottle of wine at 130 euros was not good value. We chose to only eat once in the restaurant. The price was beyond belief and the quality not up to the price. We were upgraded twice and found the room small(and full of bugs) The general condition of the hotel was ok but needs attention, and why do the staff keep the lift a secret. We tried to check out the evening before as we were leaving very early in the morning and were told this was not necessary as staff were available 24/7 to do this we wasted 40 minutes whilst the receptionist tried to get the credit card machine to work, not impressed. Would I stay again NO

Beautiful rooms, grounds, and facilities. Went during low season so it was definitely worth it. If you want to splurge, have dinner at the restaurant. Amazing meal and friendly service. I was ready for some pampering after 2 weeks in mediocre hotels... unfortunately we weren't able to cancel the other hotel so we were forced to move on but I will definitely return.

We had a wonderful evening at the Chateau. The welcome was fantastic. After a 6 hour drive in sweltering heat, we arrived looking very rough, parking our old citroen beside the assorted mercedes and bmw's, but the concierge welcomed us like we were royalty; gave us a tour of the chateau, sent Victor out for bags and gave us a free room upgrade. Beautiful chateau and great food - very elegant with impressive Wine Menu, Brandy Menu and Cigar Menu.

Ottima cucina francese a prezzi ragionevoli.
