I've never been in Parma before. It's very nice, the hotel is nice but i expected something more. i didn't like so much buffet breackfast, it seems poor as well as the hotel amenities in the rooms.

It was my first time I Parma. Its a bit off the main center of Parma. You have to really do some walking to really get to know Parma. Its a good town to base and visit other surrounding towns like Modena, Bologna, and Reggio Emilia.

This is a very pleasant hotel with particularly attractive public areas. It is very close to the railway station and to the main touristic areas. The breakfast looked very good on paper, but I cannot comment on the actual quality of the breakfast as, unfortunately, we left before breakfast was available; I think it was included in the price, so that was particularly unlucky. I can think of hotels where I have stayed where an exception was made and an early breakfast was provided. But, at least, a cup of coffee was provided at the Palace Maria Luigia. This slight blemish would not prevent me from using this hotel again and I would recommend it to friends.

Hôtel décevant pourun hôtel dit "de charme". Notre chambre donnait sur un immeuble vraiment très proche.... La situation est bonne ccar tout peut se faire à pied. Le rappport qualité/prix est un peu élevé car n'a pas les prestations de qualité correspondant à un 4 étoiles.

This hotel was large and very clean. It was along the line of most large corporate hotels. When we asked the desk to help us with reservations for dinner because we don't speak Italian, they seemed annoyed that we would ask them to do this. The location is excellent, the rooms are excellent, but the staff is rather impersonal. In general, I've had much better service for half the money.

Great room in a very nice hotel with a spacious and up to date room with modern amenaties. Desk staff very helpful. Very good breakfast.

L'hotel è poco distante dal centro della città vicino alla stazione. L'accoglienza è molto buona e i luoghi comuni sono ben curati e non troppo "pesanti". La camera che mi hanno dato non era molto spaziosa mentre il bagno era ben curato, pulito e spazioso. La prima colazione non è ricca come in altri hotel (non dico che il buffet offra poco) ma quello che si trova è di ottima qualità. Mi reputo soddisfatto.

We were very happy with Palace Maria Luigia. The rooms were attractive and comfortable. The hotel was well placed in a lovely tree lined street within easy walking distance of the railway station and the city centre. We would be very very keen to stay there if we were ever in Parma again.

Hotel must have had special rate during our stay. We got incredible price for the quality & size of room. Restaurant Maxim's was surprisingly excellent also. Almost everyone (except 2 of the front desk personnel) went out of their way to be helpful. Only "strange" thing, was that housekeeping only left 1 soap for the bathroom (vs 1 for sink & 1 for bath). We were there for 3 nights. Housekeeping never left a new (or 2nd) soap. We finally had to ask for a 2nd soap!! 4 star (except for soap!!)

Recomendamos este hotel si vais a Parma. Calidad vs, precio genial. Es muy confortable, limpio espacioso y el desayuno está relamente bien. quizas un poquito alejado del centro, pero dando un paseo se llega en 5minutos.

Albergo bello e centrale. Camere pulite anche se non troppo grandi e con arredamento un po' pesante. Comunque ci ritornerei.

We enjoyed our stay in Parma immensely. The hotel was well situated and the city delightful. My only criticism was that the bed wasn't too confortable but all else was superior. We felt it was a good value.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel. It was very close to the train station as well as the historical center. Everything was within walking distance. Restaurant Maxim's was especially good.

Very pleasant hotel, with a large, comfortable room. Internet access on the television did not work very well, but all of the other amenities were first-rate. The hotel is walking distance from the train station, and a slightly longer walk to the centro storico.

A very good value for money hotel. It is in the middle of Parma so you can walk Parma and you do not expect much more at this price

The hotel has a perfect transport connection for Parma excursion by walking or to the region by car. Bus stop in front, railway station 5 minutes, easy access to motorway, parking in hotel garage including parking service by hotel staff. Rearside rooms are quiet in context with regular Italian traffic noise. The only minor criticism is internal noise from rooms above and door vibration caused by airstreams through the corridors (could be easily avoided). Hospitality and services (reception, bar, etc.)have been excellent even with very late arrival. In general a very pleasant stay, there is no question about revisiting the hotel.

la camera era piccola, i materassi anteguerra e pieni di bozzi e molle rotte. abbiamo protestato al chek out e la receptionist, molto sgarbata, ha sorriso ironicamente; a questo prezzo... prezzo venere, che voi avete pubblicato, io non ho chiesto prezzi speciali a nessuno, anche se sono albergatrice e cliente abituale, ora non più
