Sheraton Golf Parco de' Medici Hotel & Resort - Rome

Nice and usefull accomodation for business man. Just the resturant perhaps is not at the same level of the hotel but any-way good.

Big property with excellent accessibility from G.R.A. Three different buildings, difficult to pick the right one on arrival. Big, nice lobby area. Room very basic and small, although rated 'superior'; adequate, however, to spend one night near the airport before departure. Breakfast below standard for a hotel of this level. A courtesy shuttle bus to city center with quite frequent schedule was a nice feature.

The room had not a balkony, it had a window but it was locked.I asked to be unlocked as I can't sleep without fresh air. They unlocked it immediatelly but right outside there was something like a huge electricity generator (as I guess and if I describe it correctly) that worked 24 hours and making a never stopping noise.

Hotel is fine but there are no bellboys who can help you to carry the luggages. so i have keep the tips in my pocket. hotel is so far from old city center. hotel offers you a good shuttle service but you must terminate your old city trip before midnight.

The location and the structure of the hotel are very nice.The quiteness is fantastic and the staff is very gentle.

This was a good place to stay as far as convenience to the airport.

Room was very clean and quiet. Courtesy bus to the train station was convenient and on schedule on every trip. We came to Rome to see the ancient ruins, the cathedrals and the wonderful artwork. We were not disappointed as we were able to visit every location we wanted to see. It was a wonderful trip and our accomadations were comfortable and convenient to all of our trips into Rome

A disappointing stay, the worst of our entire holiday in Italy. First, the shower drain was mostly blocked so that we were forced to turn off the water except for very brief periods to avoid flooding the room. Second, we were forced out of bed in the wee hours by BEDBUGS. Careful inspection of the linens and the floor beneath the bed revealed that we were not the first to suffer. Third, the replacement room was less than half the size of the original room and had a blocked sink drain. Fourth, we were refused any compensation for our inconvenience.

Eccellente Hotel, con ottima qualità/prezzo. Molto comodo il servizio navetta che permette di raggiungere il centro di Roma con facilità.
