The hotel was awesome the area was close to the U. Only problem really was that we drove from Italy and took us 2 hrs to find the hotel even after calling them for directions. Also for the amount of money spent I expected to have my room cleaned during the stay which it wasn't and I did not like the smoke area being right in the lobby.

I was traveling with my 80 year old Mother-in law. We were both pleased w/ the clean comfortable rooms. Breakfast was also excellent, every detail seen to. The only negative was a misunderstanding we had with the conceirge. We thought he said to order an airport van within 2 hours of leaving,he scolded us for not knowing he said 2 hours before leaving.

Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than midday.
