How to reach Sheraton Kauai Resort

By car
From Lihu'e Airport (LIH):
Proceed onto Ahukini Road then turn left on Kuhio Highway 56. Follow 56 which connects with Kaumualii Hwy. 50. Stay on Kaumualii (approximately 20 minutes) and turn left on Maluhia Road/Highway 520 also known as Tree Tunnel (green sign says Poipu and Koloa town). Proceed to Koloa town and turn right on Koloa Road, very shortly turn left on Poipu Road. Continue on Poipu Rd. until you see the Sheraton sign (on the corner of Kapili) and turn right onto Kapili. At the stop sign, turn left on Hoonani and the hotel is a short distance on the right side.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

Check-in: the rooms are available at any time after 3 p.m.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than noon.

Rates do not include 4.712% Hawaii State General Excise Tax and 7.25% Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax. Taxes will be added to total charges at check-out.
A charge of $15.00 plus tax per room per night will be added to the guest folio. The daily Resort charge includes: Sunset Mai Tai Punch hour (Sun, Mon, Wed, & Fri - 5 p.m. to 6 p.m.); Torch Lighting Ceremony and Hawaiian entertainment with Hula dancers; cultural arts, Crafts, Lei Making & Hula lessons; discounts on selected beach activity rentals; use of tennis courts; guest news library with Internet and email access; local on-island telephone calls; toll-free and credit card access telephone calls. The list may not be comprehensive.
Self parking is included in the resort fee. Valet parking costs $8.00 per day.
No charge for children 17 and under when occupying the same room as adult(s), and using existing bedding. Cribs are available on a request basis at no additional charge.

CANCELLATION POLICY
The full amount of reservation (room & tax) will be debited at time of booking by our agent Sun Islands. Reservation will be confirmed after your credit card has been debited. If you do not cancel your reservation at least 15 days prior to your arrival, you will be charged for the first night (room & tax). The balance will be credited back to your credit card.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 15 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
