The Hotel Sheraton Frankfurt Airport Hotel and Conference Center far exceeded my expectations. Very clean, fresh and roomy. I was able to spread out, get comfortable, repack for travel, watch the soccer game and relax from a long trip before flying home. It was worth it for the convenience of being at the airport and not having to travel to the airport before departing. I was able to check out and get my bag checked and visit the tax refund office without being stressed out. Thanks I will stay here again.

This is best located to anyone who would like to stay close from the airport. Signs are not very friendly. Be advised to bring water bottle since water in the mini bar is awfully expensive.

My husband and I arrived after a long drive. We chose the hotel because it was linked to the airport. We thought it would be nice to end our trip in a luxury Hotel. This was not the case. The Bell service was outstanding, the room quality was not equitable to the price of the room. The lady in the hair salon acted as if it was a big feat for her to help me. When we checked out the bell captian took us to one of the check out desk. The lady at the desk was rude and informed us that this was the desk for the airlines only, When we told her this is where the bell captain brought us, she acted digusted but checked us out anyway. The room was not worth the money we paid.
