The apartment was in an old building. The floor waas not a plane, it described a gently curve and it was deeper in the center odf room than near the walls. We asked our little daughter not to jump there! The inner was clean, the kitchen was fully equiped, but we has to ask for a coffe machine. They offered lanudry service, too. Internet was fully functional, but only in a 1 sq-meter zone of our room, next to the window. The wifi signal was reacheable only there. The man at the reception desk was competent. He helped us with indication on how to reach the more interesting places, and so on.

Nous avions réservé un appartement de 25m² et nous avons eu l'agréable surprise de recevoir un 45m² pour le meme prix, avec balcon au dernier étage! (avec ascenseur) L'appartement était spacieux,propre,calme. Seuls bémols: La réception et l'appartement ne se situent pas au meme endroit. Mieux vaut avoir une voiture pr se rendre de l'un à l'autre (ne pas la garer dans le garage proposé -prix excessivement cher:15euros/jour!- mais plutot dans un parking relai- 3euros/jour) Peu d'ustensiles de cuisine. Appartement à recommander fortement! Métro à proximité (5min a pieds environ)

My partner and I decided to stay at this hotel due to extremely high comments that it has received online from previous clients. We were not disappointed. We were expecting the check in staff to be curt as was indicated in the previous entries but they were not. They were very courteous, helpful and accommodating. We expected to 'get the key and then walk to our apartment' which was a minor inconvenience but to be honest, as the room in Fassangasse is situated off a main road, it ended up being better. We were hoping for an internet connection but as there wasn't, we had to stay in Vienna and be unconnected - a change which we happily accepted as it provided us a reason to enjoy the sites more instead of rushing home to check our emails. We will stay here again for sure!

Reception is very bad. Reception office was closed when I arrived at 4 pm,after telephone I visited their office,but I am really surprised to hear for me to wait because of their internal meeting. Also service attitude of staff is very poor. Wifi internet cannot be connected,even though high price(10euro/day).

Very friendly and employees, who really care that guest has everything he needs. I'd recommend this to other, who are coming to Vienna on privat and would like to get fair price-for-quality service.

we check in at saturday, and check out the next day, and there was no one to attend to us. We follow the instruction given to us, key in the code number and get our key on arrival, which is quite a new experience. We like the hotel, it is near Rennweg underground station, very clean , spacious and with big window pane, which allowed the sun to shine in. We did not like the way of checking in and out, feeling a little insecure with no one around!But this is definitely a very good hotel, in a good neighborhood, and with good transportation (near Rennweg and Sude railway station)

EDxcellent location! less then 5 min walk to underground station, takes you to the city center in 2 stops. Close to the belevedere gardens and palace. Spacious apartment! I wend with my family, mum, dad and sis and we had plenty of space. Kitchen was fully equiped, supermarket was 2 min from the block. Nice staff! very helpfull and friendly. Would definetly recommend!

Ci siamo trovati molto bene. L'appartamento era ristrutturato di recente e dotato di tutti gli elettrodomestici (purtroppo nell'appartamento 8 non c'era il freezer e la TV satellitare non funzionava, ma ne abbiamo fatto a meno). Sono alloggi in un condominio, gli spazi comuni non sono molto curati, ma all'interno è tutto nuovo e pulito. La localizzazione è ottima, servita dai mezzi pubblici. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente perchè Vienna è bellissima!

At our arrival the person in charge to deliver us the keys at the time agreed was not there nor reachable by phone. We had to wait for two hours. The apartment is good looking but the floor is not so clean. Very poor the bath towels, linens and the kitchenware.

Very bright clean apartment within walking distance of downtown Vienna. A few minor issues (kettle not working, safe not working) were addressed by the friendly and competent staff the day we arrived. A little bit of street noise from one bedroom, but nothing to disturb your rest. I would highly recommend this place for people wanting to be close to the action in Vienna but still get the flavor of living like a local.

Nice appartment. Is without breakfast (website said it was included). Employees didn't know where to park the car. They said we had to walk every two hours to our car to purchase a ticket. After all this wasn't necessary, in a village nearby you could park the car for the whole week.

We enjoyed our stay. Very quiet. Spacious. Clean. And, close to everything we wanted to see. We stayed at the Belvedere Apartments for 3 days. And would definitely come back!

Belvedere Apartments were beautiful clean apartments within walking distance to a very good transport system that connected you easily to the centre of town and other parts of the city. It was not really within walking distance to town, but is quite close to the southern train station and the castle belvedere which is definitely worth a visit. The surrounding area is great if you are looking for doner kebabs or supermarkets but no good if you are looking for a restaurant. The main disappointment with the Belvedere Apartments is that it needed a lot of maintenance and there were many things that did not work. That being said, once we alerted them they did come and fix the most important broken aspect (the hot water) the next day so we could at least take a bath or a shower. Also they did not have wireless as is advertised on the Venere website which for us was quite important. Nonetheless we had a great stay, the staff were friendly, the apartment large and beautiful, and quiet. It would actually be a great place to take a family, although it was equally good for us.

They gave us a key to the apartments which are located nearby.Staying here was a nice way to go back to our normal life as we had to do a mini grocery shopping for four days, and we had breakfast/dinner every day which was a cheaper and familiar alternative. I would have liked a couple of nice wine glasses (thee were cheap ones). Great accommodation and beds,nice and warm at night.

First impressions of 18 Fassangasse are not encouraging. The place appears deserted until you find the office which wasn't easy (it's on the 1st floor, door on the right and press the bell). They share an office with other businesses so it was a bit confusing at first! The girl I dealt with was very pleasant, but once you pay and get the keys you are left on your own. The apartment was very spacious with 2 huge bedrooms, a nice living room and a small but well fitted out kitchen. We also had satelite TV which was great and a nice stereo/DVD player. Other plus points are it's central location close to the city centre and next door to the beautiful galleries/gardens of the Belvedere where you can see Klimt's 'The Kiss'. Loads of shops and places to eat on the street. Also right beside tram stops and one of the main stations in about 10mins away. On the negative side the apartment didn't have an iron and the office couldn't provide one! A cooling fan would have been nice too. Overall, good value for money and would suit young couple or a group of friends.

We spent there 2 weaks and... - the flat was great: big rooms, all things you need, lift; - the employees were kind (anyway you see them only at the arrival and leaving them the keys); - the street was full of supermarket, dvd's rent, tram,... The near station (tram O) also offers you a minimarket open from 5.oo o'clock a.m. to 11.00 o'clock p.m. And Wien is...magic!

Sono rimasto estremamente soddisfatto per la nostra sistemazione in uno degli appartamenti del Belvedere Apts. Innanzitutto sono abbastanza facili da raggiungere dall'autostrada (venendo da Sud), poi sono molto centrali (a 10/15' a piedi dal centro -St. Stefano), ma soprattutto sono enormi!! Noi, coppia con due bambini di 13-11 anni, avevamo a disposizione: una camera matrimoniale molto ampia, una camera più piccola con un lettino e un soggiorno con tavolo e divano letto apribile con altri due posti-letto (e tv con impianto stereo e lettore dvd), cucina, con tutto l'occorrente (compresi lavastoviglie e forno a microonde), bagno con doccia e vasca (il wc è in una stanzetta a parte) e un ampio ingresso. Tutto molto pulito e mobili nuovi.In rapporto al prezzo è davvero regalato. Sull'altro lato della strada, possibilità (da sfruttare) di affittare un comodo garage a 15 e. al giorno. Non so se tutti gli appartamenti siano così grandi, ma, in ogni caso, per 4, anche 5 persone è una soluzione ideale. Superconsigliato.

We had a fantastisk holiday in Vienna. The apartement was located in the 3. district which is very close to all the attractions - you can easily walk to Stefansplatz in about 20 min. Or take the train which is only 4-5 min. by foot. The apartement was clean and the girls at the office was very helpfull. I would recommend this place to any traveller. I can only give it THE THUMBS UP !!!

Great value here. Easy access to transportation downtown. Before anyone else has to wander around for the first half hour, the hotel office is on the first floor on your right. Ring the doorbell on the first floor to get their attention. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Little bit of street noise at night.

Our apartment was really good, a lot more spacious than expected. Excellent value for money, with kitchen facilities and fridge. There are two supermarkets in the same street as the apartments - one practically across the road. It was closer to the centre of town than we expected as well, some places in walking distance, or the tram is just down the road. The only downside to this place was the cleaning. No one came in to clean on a daily or regular basis. We were there for 6 nights and ran out of toilet paper and our bins were full.

One remark about the kitchen equipment, which is exceedilngly poor : no knife to cut the bread or to peel vegetables, only one casserole, no strainer.. preparing a real dinner is a challenge. Otherwise our stay was perfect and not too far from the center of the town. the price mentionned on your advertisment was incorrect. We payed more

Vienna is a wonderful and a nice place to visit, I really enjoyed the city!but I disliked people working on Belvedere apartaments, because the girl was only boried about payment, and she wasn't kind and she didn't explain nothing about anything! I didn't expect this!On weekend, there is no one on reception (well, I knew it before the stay) and the last day the cleaning lady tried to enter at the apartment before the check out. This is my complain, but, I'm honest, the apartment was really nice, spacious, confortable and beautiful. I think I'd return to Belvedere apartaments, but, in my point of view, they must change the treatment to customers.

Estuvimos tres noches en el apartamento, un sitio muy espacioso, dos habitaciones y salón, precioso todo, mucho mejor de lo esperado, las fotos no le hacen justicia. Como únicas pegas diré que resultó difícil localizar la oficina, que querían que pagaramos toda la estancia nada más llegar sin ni siquiera haber visto el apartamento, que tras haber avisado nuestra hora de llegada (las 3 de la tarde) el apartamento aún no estuviera listo y sin embargo el día que nos fuimos querían que la de la limpieza viniera a las 8, cosa que por supuesto no aceptamos. Pero vamos, es un sitio totalmente recomendable, estupendo, bien comunicado con el centro, en una zona tranquila con bastantes sitios donde comer.

This apartment has 1 large living room, 1 kitchen, 1 very small sleeping room, 1 bath room. It was very nice and very quiet, only I had difficulties with the water temperature of the shower and the first impression in the house entrance was not so good.

Great apartment at a rock bottom price. Easy access to the city with Sodbahnhoff close enough (but not too close) and city biks station and u-bahn very close. Very good value. Only problem was that the bedroom shared a wall with the internal stairs and therefore there was some noise when people walked up and down these stairs

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. It was very hot and muggy when we visited Vienna and we were very disappointed that there was no air conditioning as promised on the website for these apartments.

Respecto a la tranquilidad, nuestra estancia coincidió con obras en la calle que se prolongaron algunos días hasta muy tarde. Deficiencias en las cortinas del salón que afeaban el aspecto del mismo. Por lo demás, encantados con el apartamento y su situación.

The apartment was very spacious and suited my needs perfectly. The DVD did not work and neither did the TV, which was not a problem because we came to see the city. The location of the apartment building was not on a very nice block and was extremely busy and noisy in the early morning hours.

We had a good time in Vienna and stayed in Belvedere Apartments for five nights. The station is nearby, there are some discounter opposite the street nad the Belvedere Park is in five minutes walk...

Excellent stay, very good situated, only thing is that the picture shown on intranet site on the house is not actually where the flat was situated, it was about 10 minutes walk. No problem, but maybe better to put the "right" house on picture. Perfect communications to city, only 5 minutes with tram, very nice flat and extremely well cleaned.

This was a great deal. The apartments are beautiful and very spacious and you can't beat the price. This is not, however, a hotel by any stretch. The address is easy to find, but there is no large, obvious sign to let you know you're in the right place. Also, once in the building it is difficult to figure out where to go to check in. The staff was polite, but there are no extra services offered (i.e. my request for extra pillows caused them to accuse us of trying to sleep more than two people in the room). Aside from that, our stay was wonderful. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed
