This is expensive & the facilities are limited although elegant. The location is perfect for exploring on foot or public transport, ideal for luxury shopping. The building & fittings are very beautiful & the staff could not be better.

This apartment is a "gem" in every respect. I cannot think of anything to criticise. It is recently renovated, very clean, extremely spacious (with high ceilings), well furnished, in a central location (yet on a quiet street), and with new appliances (including dishwasher and washing machine) and a room safe. We were on an upper level which is serviced by a beautifully restored old-style lift.

I was most impressed with the location and presentation. The service was of a high quality and I would definately stay there again. It was conveniently located near shops, tourist areas and transport. My stay was most comfortable and of a high quality.

From Vienna Westbahnhof: take the subway line U3 in direction Simmering to the station Stubentor and take the exit Wollzeile.
From Vienna Franz-Josef-Bahnhof: take the subway line U4 in direction Hütteldorf to the station Landstraße, change to line U3 in direction Ottakring to the station Stubentor and take the exit Wollzeile.
From Vienna Südbahnhof: take the subway line U1 in direction Kagran to the station Stephansplatz, change to line U3 in direction Simmering to the station Stubentor and take the exit Wollzeile.

Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the apartments are available from 2 p.m. We kindly ask our guests, if at all possible, to arrive not later than midnight and to call us in case of later arrivals.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the apartments not later than 11 a.m.
INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Parking is not included in the price and costs €17,00 daily.
Breakfast is not included in the price - the extra charge is €8,00 per person.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of late cancellation or no show, the full amount will be charged on your
credit card.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 2 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
