This was a very nice spacious room with bar fridge and a private bathroom. Very clean and comfortable bed. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and we were able to check in well before the official check in time. If you don't mind staying a bit out of the city center I would recommend this hotel.

the hotel is within a living area, some minutes away from two underground stations and also tram stations. easy to reach the city. it is low budget, but it is still clean and OK. for people who do not want ro spend too much money for housing, this is perfect.

The room was really nice, very spacious and beautiful. The only issue we encountered was that there was no one there except for when we checked in/out so couldn't answer any questions. They also didn't make up our room one of the days.

We stayed at this hotal for 4 nights and found it to be adequate. The room was quite old and the bathroom small, but the appartment itself contained 4 seperate rooms (kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and sitting area) and was quite large. The only real problem I had with this hotel was that is quite a way from the town centre but public transport made it easy to get around. We stayed over the weekend and the rates went up considerably. If you stick to staying only during mid-week it might be a better deal. Staff were friendly.

Wonderfully spacious apartment, very clean and well appointed. Welcoming staff spoke little English but very friendly and helpful. The area is a little out of the way, but it doesn't take long to get into central Vienna by public transport. Very useful and good quality supermarket and outdoor market a few minutes walk from apartment; tube 10 mins walk. Very quiet!

Family of three persons. We stayed at residence for the first time and we were fully satisfied with the accomodation which is perfect for visiting Vienna for few days. The only suggestion is to fullfill in the web pages information about how to arrive to the location if coming by car, by plane o by train.

this hotel is located on the outskirt of central vienna, but near to the Danube river. You have to have subway or tram if you want to visit the city center. It is located in a suburban area, with lots of locals around. Thus, there is nice open air market at the corner, and you can see the locals drinking and dancing in the market in the afternoon. I think there is lots of immigrants from the middle east in the neighborhood, so we were able to buy Turkish delight etc in the supermarket nearby. This is a safe neighborhood, but not exciting. Only good thing is that you can jog along the Danube in the morning and afternoon, it is a beautiful river! The apartment itself is clearn, full of sunshine, even in a raining Autumn morning, and quiet.

the hotel was better than we expected: the mini-kitchen was complete and useful, spacious bathroom and gentle staff. on the net, the hotel page should show more pictures.
