We may introduce you to our ALDANO Serviced Apartments – the alternative at the right value for a short - or long term stay in Vienna. Are you looking for a perfect solution? Hotel rooms are too small or too expensive; flats for rental don’t offer the necessary equipment or no service.
In our lovingly restored Apartment house of the 19th century you can choose between 32 apartments from 30 m² to 75 m². Our front desk staff will be glad in assisting in all you need to make your stay in Vienna comfortable. ALDANO Serviced Apartments are located near the heart of Vienna. They are easy to reach from the airport as well as from the highways A1 and A2. There is bus stop in the same street and only 2 minutes walk to the underground.

Fine place for a couple. We Lived in double executive room on 1 floor. Had week, as one day... A silent, quiet place. An excellent situation. A magnificent terrace. One lack - minimum kitchenware for cooking. We wish all pleasant rest in this place!

On the A1 from direction Salzburg or Linz: Extension Wientalstraße (B1), Hackinger Kai, Schönbrunner Schlossstrasse, Rechte Wienzeile, Karlsplatz (ca. 9 km) Lothringerstraße, turn right into Johannesgasse, Am Heumarkt, Ungargasse, Invalidenstrasse turn right into Landstraßer Hauptstrasse, keep straigt on till you see a big clock on the left, turn left into Apostelgasse.
On A2 from direction Graz or Klagenfurt: At connection Landstraße turn right into direction Gürtel, Landstraßer Hauptstraße, Südbahnhof 1,12 km
After 1,12 km tun right into Landstraßer Hauptstraße After 647 m turn left into Apostelgasse

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

All rates are including all taxes and:
- Basic equipment on bed sheets, towels and kitchen utensils,
- The Standard Service Package,
- all costs of ownership like energy, heating, water and taxes.
Standard Service Package:
- weekly cleaning of the apartment incl. change of towels and bed clothes,
- unlimited use of internet,
- Telephone base fee, (telephone charges are charged monthly),

Final cleaning of the Apartments after leaving: EUR 60,-- to EUR 100,-- depending on size of the apartment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations are free of charge till 15 days efore
arrival date.
4 days before arrival date we have to
charge the costs of 2 nights of full Apartment rate.
For cancellations later than that an in case of not arriving we
have to charge 100% of full Apartment rate.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 15 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
