The situation is close to the historic city, the room was not big but pleasant, the bathroom was definitely too small, the breakfast is average. We paid 85 Euros and it was too expensive, especially when you have to waite for one hour outside before the landlord dares to open the reception...

We had an excellent stay at the Franciscus. It's within easy walking distance of the train station and the central sites (Roman Arena etc.). Rooms were much more spacious than I expected and the service was excellent. Try out the restaurant next door - the risotto was fantastic!! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is after a good quality room at a price which is exceptionally affordable for Verona.

By train
The residence is 900 metres from the Verona Porta Nuova railway station. Many buses stop right in front of the hotel entrance.

The Verona Villafranca airport is about 15 km from the hotel and is connected to the city with the highway.
