Excellent Stay!

What a wonderful find! We arrived early but were let into our room. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Breakfast which was served in our room was better than we had expected, meat, cheese, bread, cereal, yogurt, wonderful fresh coffee. It is about 10 mins walk to he Arena and it's a lovely walk along the river. We would recommend this hotel to anyone.

the appartment is excelent. has functional kitchen. one more bathroom would be required for a longer stay. we were 4 people staying in a 2 bedroom appartment sharing one bathoorm and one extra toilet. value for money is excellent and a rare find in this area of Verona.

We enjoyed very much our stay at the hotel. The atmosphere is great and it is very quiet and private. There were just 2 small annoyances: -There was no "do not disturb" sign in the room. The cleaning stuff came and opened the door once when we were still in bed, without knocking. -The hotel doesn't have a private parking area, you have to park on the street and pay 5€ per day for that.

Delightful medieval building. Beautiful modern rooms. Tastefully furnished, excellently equipped. Satellite TV, DVD player, flat screen TV. Very comfortable. Excellent breakfast brought to the room so you can indulge in the luxury of breakfast in bed. The staff spoke excellent English and are very courteous, professional, and helpful. Very quiet location, but you will do a lot of walking. About 15 minutes to the Arena and 20 to Juliette's house. The late night walk back after the opera each night became tedious. If we attend the opera festival again next year - we will still stay at Residence San Zeno.

Very nice, well decorated place. We had some antique pieces of furniture in our room! Looked great! Large selection of satellite TV chanels. Very close to Arena di Verone!

My friend and I stayed in Verona for the opera and this apartment was the perfect haven. The rooms were clean and well furnished and only 10 mins from the Arena. Breakfast was served in the room and although the typical Italian breakfast is too sweet for my liking it was ample for a start to the day. I would recommend this residence to all my friends and I would certainly stay there again

The offered map to find the residence is very poor. Residence Antico San Zeno in general exceeded my expectations. It's really great. We booked for five persons but we were only four. Of course we had to pay for the rooms for five but we also had to pay for five breakfasts and this is not o.k., however, we paid. In general, I will keep it in mind that this residence is a perfect place for a stay in Verona. We liked it very much! Congratulations to this accommodation.

excellent location close to Piazza Bra and the Arena, but still a few blocks away to be quiet and cozy. We loved it!

This residence was a beautiful place to stay with great decor and an excellent breakfast delivered to my room. Unfortunately it was extremely difficult to locate by car and there was limited parking. I had to park several blocks away and leave the vehicle there overnight. Overall, a good experience.

What a find as this place is a real gem! The property is well located and in easy walking distance to the main attractions in Verona. It really is four star but at a price which most can afford. It has both style and class. As for the rooms they are spacious with excellent cooking facilities. I would recommend this hotel as a quiet haven in a beautiful city.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The accomodations were incredibly unique and in a great location. Everything was beautiful and very clean.

We staid a week end in september. It is a well furnished appartment. We has an appartment on top level (3) which was quiet, I'm not sure if the appartments/rooms on the street level are as quiet as ours. Breakfast served in the sittingroom, very limited one : croissant - juice -tea/coffee, no bread no eggs, but there is a kitchen.No bar, no public areas. Location 10 minutes from city center.We will go back if price stays at the level we paid not the one mentioned on the door (130-250€). Free parking on the street without problem.

Residence Antico San Zeno is hard to find, but it is worth looking for it. Nice room, even with tv and dvd-player. Unfortunately there was no space left in the garage, eventhough we had requested a parking place, but it was no problem parking round the corner. Only 10 minutes walking distance to the arena. We received a typical Italian breakfast. Nice little kitchenette.
