A very nice residence in a quiet location close to the centre of Venice. Our appartment was spacious with a terrace where we had breakfast and diner...Supermarket closeby as well as the gorgeous Cappella degli schiavoni. A large dining room and a well equipped kitchen. It was our 15th stay in Venice and we used many different types of accomodation. This one was of the best if not the best.

bit difficult to find without a decent map, but otherwise good location and very quiet. We had a superior apartment with a terrace which was very welcome. Bed was comfy, but some easy chairs on the terrace would have been nice. Lounge furniture also a bit sparse. But I would stay there again for sure. Wireless internet doesn't seem to work however.

wonderful appartment, great for the 5 of us. The staff was very helpful and even gave us a hand with th3e luggage. Our appartment was on the third floor (4th in US) and so getting luggage us was a bit tough, so beware. Poulin's

Corte Nova is a great place to stay in Venice. We were there with our children and we spend a great vacations just in the heart of Venice. It was a great experience for the children arrived from the airport at the hotel door by the acuataxi and to wath the canal from the window. The staff from the hotel were very nice with us and very wellcoming. We wer 6 people and a baby at the appartment and we had plenty of space. The appartment has two rooms, one sofa"BED" at the living room and an extrabed in a second flour. The apparetment is very modern and it has a great kitchen fully equiped and with a great view of the "CANAL" and the roof buildings. The building does not have elevator, so we recommed not to carry heavy luggage.

Corte Nova is an excellent value in Venice. The accommodations are spacious, spotlessly clean, peaceful, and quiet. Our unit had lots of windows and sunlight and nice view on one side of the courtyard and on the other side views of the street. Only complaint is that the matress on the bed was very uncomfortable. Felt like sleeping on springs with no padding. Fortunately we were so tired after walking all over Venice all day it wasn't too much of a problem. Other than that, it was perfect.

We cannot recommend Corte Nova enough. The rooms were far better than anticipated. Lovely decor, and beautifully clean. All ameneties and lovely quiet location, right by a little supermarket. Only 10 mins walk to St Marks Square and Rialto bridge. We would definitely go back to Corte Nova if we returned to Venice.

stayed for a long weekend. Was amazed by the location, then then actual quality of the place- very new and clean and QUIET which is hard to find in Venice!! Loved it. Thank you..

Our apartment was very spacious, clean and quiet. Our only difficulty was overcoming a slight sense of trepidation when we turned up at the address and weren't sure whether it was the right place or not (a small sign indicating the name of the apartments would have been great). The door was opened by one of our hosts and our concerns disappeared and when we saw our apartment, we were wrapt. It had excellent facilities (stove top, good range of kitchen utensils, microwave/griller etc), was much larger than we were anticipating, and we had access to a private garden. It has obviously been recently refurbished and the bathroom was excellent (and not what you can sometimes get in Venice). There's a supermarket with a great deli less 100m from the Residence, which is great when you're suffering from being overcharged for ordinary food, as can happen in Venice. While the Residence can seem far distant from the main attractions such as St Marks Square, it isn't (a ten minute walk), and it's great to get away from the crowds and amongst the locals. We recommend the Corte Nova to anybody looking for a Venetian holiday that means being a tourist by day and living like a Venetian at night!

Las residencias en verdad valen la pena. Está super limpio, se nota que fue recientemente remodelado. Las habitaciones superaron las expectativas. El problema fue llegar, enviaron indicaciones dos días antes por correo, ya estabamos en el viaje por lo que no pude verlas. Adicionalmente, me informaron mal respecto la forma de pago. Una señorita me mencionó por correo que sólo era efectivo y al final la persona que nos recibió sí aceptó tarjeta de crédito. Y lo que me pareció de pésimo gusto fue que a pesar de haber enviado en completo destiempo las indicaciones para llegar resulta que te cobran una cuota adicional, que no está indicada en ningún lado, por la hora en la que te reciben. así que tuve que pagar 30 euros mas al llegar porque nos esperaron hasta las nueve de la noche, para entregarnos las llaves, a pesar que el habernos extraviado fue por su culpa.

A very nice apartment with a well equipped kitchen and fine bedrooms with air conditioning. Everything was new and clean. The apartment is located in a quiet area but still very close to the San Marco (a 10 minute walk). There is a good supermarket just across the canal.

We had a standard classic apartment and we were surprised how big it was. A large bedroom, large kitchen/living room and fairly large bathroom with new tiles. Several big windows gave lots of light and the apartment seems to be brand new. One wall with kitchen, with all you need. Aircondition in both bedroom and living room with individual control, it worked and cooled down fast. Everything was very clean. The neighbourhood is quiet and located right next to a quiet canal, no noise. It's a 10 minutes nice walk along pretty canales to San Marco. Supermarket 50 metres from the building, open all day and good choice of food. Close to several restaurants on the way to San Marco. The apartment could not have been better and we would definetely stay there again if going to Venice and will recommend it to others.

Making sure you can get in touch the day of arrival to pick up the keys at specified time is the only thing you need to be sure of. The pictures online do not do this apartment justice - it was incredibly spacious, clean and bright, and had all the comforts of home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Upon arrival, check-in was easy and our host was very friendly and welcoming. Thank you.

Everything was fine, it was clean and comfortable. The flat was big and new and we appreciate it a lot. The area is very attractive. The reception was really great and helpful.

It seems the apartment was just reformed, nice and clean. It's a little bit short of kitchen stuff. They have a very pleasant manner. The location was excellent, just 10 minutes from S. Marco. Or 10 minutes from Fondamente Nova stop (to go to Burano).
