Residence 40 flats are good. We were in a room for 6 people, with two rooms and a sofa "bed" at the living room. We stayed there for 4 nights. I just recommend that they should be cleaner, because when we arrived to the appartment it look like if they cleaned it a long time before our arrival, so it smell not good. Also the sofa "bed" was not in very good conditions. But the next days thay cleaned and they try to fix the sofa. I would recommed it and it is a good deal price/quality.

Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

Check-out: it is necessary to leave the apartments not later than 11 a.m.

CANCELLATION POLICY
The total amount will be charged by the hotel upon booking and is refundable in case of cancelaltion within the stated terms. In case of late cancellation or no-show the 1st night will not be refunded. PLEASE NOTE: Deadline for cancellation for fairs days (10-14 February ; 15-20 March; 8-12april; 21-25 September; 19-24 August; 1-8 November; 5-8 and 30-31December) is 10 days. In case of late cancellation or no show for fair days reservations, no refund will be given.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 2 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
