The photographs were very misleading for this property. What looked like a holiday appartment was actually a student flat with a tiny bathroom and kitchen (though it was pretty well equipped & had a fridge). The bed was a folding sofa bed and not a proper bed. It was, however, well located - close to station, supermarket, shops. Check out time is 10am!! So if you are not planning to leave the town immediately and have luggage - unlike hotels, there is no facility to leave it behind. Very basic accommodation.
