A hotel, which was in complete renovation (August 2009). Some of the rooms were out of use due to the renovation (the whole 4th, 5th and 6th floor!). The bar was closed, also the restaurant (both in renovation). The room we had was very big (two rooms appartement with about 40 m² including kitchen). NEGATIVE: The bathroom was unrenovated, poorly equipped and with significant mold on the ceiling (no window!). POSITIVE: very friendly employees, short distance to motorway and airport of Toulouse, big in-room-fridge. All in all depending on the price of 42 Euro for 4 persons (two adults and two children) in the main season a relatively good price / performance ratio.

Nouvel Horizon is on the outskirts of Toulouse, close to public transport (bus) and right next to the ring road. It was very good base for travelling around the south west area of France. Hotel was good value for the price paid.

When the reception is closed, you need an access code to enter the parking area and the residence.
