IT WAS A COMPLETE DISASTER. THE ROOM I HAD BOOKED AND PHOTOS HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH WHAT WE FOUND, THEY CHANGED ROOM BUT IT WAS THE SAME. WE FINALLY LEFT THE PLACE THE SAME DAY WE ARRIVED.

Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel.
