There are four 1-bedroom apartments, all for 2 persons with double/twin bedroom. All apartments are located on different floors, 3 of them can be accessed also by elevator. Bathrooms of 3 apartments are with bath-tub and one has a shower. All kitchens are with open planning together with living room. Two apartments (number 9, 11) have also a sofa-bed in the living-room which is comfortable for 1 person or 2 small children.
2-bedroom apartments for 1-4 persons:
There are two 2-bedroom apartments, all for 4 persons with double/twin bedrooms. One is located on 1st and other one on the 3rd floor. There is elevator to the 3rd floor apartment. Bathrooms of both apartments are with bath-tub. Apartment 1 has additionally also a sauna. Both kitchens are with open planning together with living room.
3-bedroom apartments for 1-5/6 persons:
There is one 3-bedroom apartment for 6 persons and one for 5 adults or 4 adults and 2 smaller children because one bedroom has 120x200 cm bed. Other bedrooms are all with double/twin. Both are located on 2nd floor. There is elevator going to apartment 5 and there is no elevator going to apartment 2. Bathrooms of both apartments are with bath-tub. Both kitchens are with open planning together with living room.

How to reach Serviced Apartment Sakala
From the airport to the city:
Bus number 2 leaves the airport for the city centre and port every 20 minutes and operates from 7 AM until midnight. The price is 15 EEK (equals to 1 EUR). Tickets can be bought from the driver. The airport bus stop is located in front of the departure hall. The downtown bus stop is located on Laikmaa street, between Tallink Hotel and Viru Centre, attached to the Sokos Hotel Viru.
A Taxi stand is located in front of the airport. The fare from the airport to the city centre is about 80 EEK (equals to 5 €).
Getting by car to the city centre:
You should follow the signs to “KESKLINN” and you will arrive to very easily to the centre. When you have been following the direct street to the centre (in Estonian KESKLINN), you will see on the left of you hotel Radisson SAS. You should keep going straight along Rävala pst. until you will see on your right a big white stone building which is an old conference centre (before the building is a small park). The building is connected with another building and there is a small street going to right between those buildings. You shall take this street and you arrive to a Y-shape crossroad. From there take the left one to Sakala street and drive straight to the next crossroad. You shall cross this one and in about 100 meters you will see on your right a green wooden building. Behind this building is 5-storey stone-building, which is Sakala Residence.

CANCELLATION POLICY
The amount of the first night will be charged on your credit card in case of
late cancellation or no show.

not be refunded in case of cancellation or no show.
