Nice and spacious apartment with seaview. Out of the season - we stayed there end of October - Santa Teresa is rather quiet with only a few tourists. Some restaurants and pubs were open.

Great view and location. The appartament is big and confortable. The beach and town center are 5 min. walking. The no availability of sheets and towels should have been notified before the reservation.

The surrounding of the residence is great, near to the nice beach Rena Bianca, near to the restaurants, and small stores, and Sta Teresa village is beautiful! Well about the Apartment, spacious but not really silent, there is a construction on going beside the apartment and they making noise already early in the morning, kitchen equipments are really not reliable but it works, the employees are really helpful when you need something you can call them, esp thanks to Mauro, we reserved parking in the garage but no available anymore, but along the streets you can always park and there is always available space at the end, it was not really a problem at all. Well, we really enjoyed our summer holiday in Sardinia,we have been in many places in Nord, beautiful beaches! I don't know how to describe at all but really really beautiful I can recommend this place!

It was so cold. In Winter you can not stay inside the appartment. It's too cold. My children were both ill. Recomiendo no ir a estos apatamentos durante el invierno. La calefacción es muy pequeña. Si la subes se va la luz, no hay la suficiente potencia. Si lo hubiera sabido no habría ido. Porqué pasamos mucho frío. Mis hijos y se refriaron porqué durante la noche no habían suficientes mantas, ni calefacción.

We were two families with young kids and booked a 2-bedroom and a 4-bedroom. The apartments we stayed in were in two different houses: while one was as seen in the photographs on the venere.com site, the other was much more run-down, not in the best shape. But after the first disappointment we were okay with it, since it was very spacious and cool inside. At night it can get quite noisy due to partying neighbors. Both places were in town. The manager is very helpful and friendly.

We could have done with a detailed map to find the property, and information about where to collect a key. Mauro was both friendly and helpful. The property was better than the website led us to believe.

had room with balcony facing the sea - fantastic! price is right but no bedding or towels in room -so either take your own or pay €16. would def stay again.

Enjoyable stay, owners very welcoming and helpful. However there seemed to be some uncertainty over booking on arrival.

It was exactly as it appeared on website. I can only recomend the apartment wholeheartedly.
