METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. Check-in: the accommodations are available at any time from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the accommodations not later than 10 a.m.

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Parking is included in the price.
Bike and mountain bike rentals cost €4,00 per day.
Cots cost €25,00 per night.
A fixed price of €45,00 per person per week is mandatory (even if staying less than a week) and includes the use of gas, electricity, water, bed linen and towels, final cleaning, TV, access to the pool, the children playground and the barbecue area.
Guests are responsible for cleaning the apartment kitchen to avoid a €25,00 surcharge.
A refundable deposit of €100,00 per apartment is requested.
Breakfast is included in the room rate for hotel guests and subject to charges for apartment guests.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nghts will be charged. If cancelled up to 9 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nghts will be charged. If cancelled up to 4 days before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nghts will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 30 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
