Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the apartments are available at any time after noon. Check-in procedures take place at the front desk of the sister apartments Catalonia Gardens, located in the same complex.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the apartments not later than 10 a.m.

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Additional beds are free of charge.
Baby cots are not included in the price and cost €3,00 per night.
Parking in the garage is complimentary.
Use of safe at the front desk of the Catalonia Gardens Apartments is not included in the price and cost €19,00 per week.

For any cancellation 24 hours before the arrival, we will carge the 100% of the first day. Cancellations the same day of arrival 100% of the stay. No show 100% of the reservation
