Serviced Apartment Ripetta 25 Holiday & Business Residence - Rome

Since these are self-catering apartments there is a skeletal staff and we had limited contact with them, but the interaction we had was fine and things were quite efficient. Our only complaint is that we were not forewarned about a demonstration in the Piazza del Popolo which made it impossible to reach the residence by car to drop our luggage. This was no fault of Ripetta 25 of course, but considering the several emails we received relating to our arrival time and key pick-up in the days before our arrival we believe they could have warned us of the significant disruption and advised us better how to manage the situation.

We stayed in Topaz for 4 nights. I cannot fault the apartment. Location is fantastic,2 blocks from Piazza Popolo. The apartment was very well designed, well equipped and perfect for 2 guests. Although these apartments were only 2 years old they were as new and the attention to detail was very impressive. bathroom is excellent with a great powerful shower.Although Ripetta is a busy street with quite a lot of traffic the double glazing was very effective and we weren't bothered at all with noise. I would highly recommend Ripetta 25 apartments.

I travelled with my 15 years old daugther, for sightseeing and shopping. We would return everytime. We saw all appartments and we likes all. Diamant is to the backfront, it is more quiet, but the view is not nice. When we will come again, we would take Topazio, in a warm yellow colour an with real life when you look outside. the Bathrooms are very nice.

It is a vey nice residence, nice decoration & good location. The only NG was the temperature of the in room air-conditioner cannot be changed and we felt quiet cold at night.

Location was perfect, we were glad we have chosen the Spanish Steps area. Very close to Metro station and walking distance to Villa Borghese. We got lost when we try to find the place because different numbering system in Rome. Property was brand new and nice contemporary designed some snacks and drinks was available in the kitchennette free of charge. Paolo was very accomodating and recommended us this great restaurant nearby where the food was excellent that we went there 2 days in a row. I would highly recommend it to anyone who visits Rome.

this apartment hotel is an excellent value for the cost. If you don't need a big fancy hotel with all of the room services etc this is perfect for you. It is like having an authentic apartment in rome living very closely with the locals. Paolo was excellent and very friendly. The room is exactly as the pictures show. They were newly renovated and everything was sparklingly clean in particular the bathroom. The kitchenette is nice for breakfasts and there were numerous cheese, meat and wine shops in the area. The bed was a little hard a first but actually was quite comfortable once slept on. If i come back to rome this is where i will stay. The apartment is very close the subway at piazza del popolo and it is also very close to all of the main sites in central rome. Transportation was only needed to go back and forth from the airport otherwise everything is within walkable distance.
