Hard to find hotel but location was close to subway-welcome by english person was good but then, there was no hotel staff on site for 4 days. Therefore, no help when needed i.e.Air conditioner was not working. No housekeeping was provided nor tools to keep place clean (i.e. broom, mop,..).Could not open one shutter-No one attempted to fix it.

Posizione ottimale per la vicinannza della metro. Servizi corrispondenti a quanto indicato sul web. Comodo parcheggio sottostante il residence (a pagamento, ma si può contrattare un buon prezzo con il gestore se si rimane per più giorni). Sicuramente un punto di riferimento per il nostro prossimo soggiorno romano.

Por fuera impresiona un poco sobre todo si llegas por la noche. Pero las habitaciones son bonitas, comodas modernas, y funcionales.Cerca de metro. No garaje. Recomiendo este establecimiento.

We enjoyed our stay overall.The location in terms of getting to other parts of Rome was excellent. However the map for getting to the hotel was very poor. Our Taxi Driver from the airport eventually gave up looking and dropped us in the area and we had to log our luggages on foot to find the hotel. We only saw the staff that welcomed us on arrival on just that day. They did not inform us how we could contact them again for queries or emergencies etc if we needed. They made us make the payment for the room on arrival and did not give us receipt and since we did not see them again we could not ask for one.The room would benefit from a kettle. We British enjoy our tea and coffees and although you had provided these there was no kettle. We had to boil water in the cooking pots. The kitchen is also bare. You could provide a few more kitchen utensils such as bowls, chopping board and a blender. After all this is meant to be self catering accommodation.

Siamo stati 3 giorni. Mi sono trovata benissimo, il posto è accogliente e a 2 passi dalla metro...consigliato!

E' gestito da donne e si vede! Come è comodo trovare già olio, sale e zucchero. C'è anche la lavatritrice dotata di asciugatrice. Le camere sono spaziose ed arredate veramente con gusto. Simpatia e discrezione

Hi everybody, just fantastic, cheap, clean, quiet, close to everything, very nice rooms, warm, you feel like home. Metro close, center close, shopping close, restaurants close,etc. Next time in Rome? No doubt I am staying again there!

L'équipement de cuisine est minimaliste (pas de toaster, ni cafetière électrique...) Studio très froid, humide. On a été obligé de faire fonctionner le chauffage en permanence, mais celui-ci était très bruyant(soufflerie...) La vue est nulle (sur une rue, face à un immeuble...)et la fenêtre petite. Très bien uniquement pour y dormir, et pas en hiver...mais bien trop cher pour la prestation.

On the website it states that there is parking available, the only parking in in a nearby garage (20e/day)unless you are able to get a park on the street. The room was definitly adequate. The internet worked better down the hall rather than in the room and hot water ran out after 4min. But very enjoyable stay. Good location - walking distance to centre for energetic people!!

Very spacious room with good equiped kitchen near the metro station and supermarket.The only problem was the water heater (boiler) : you have to wait a hour at least ...
