You web page is very clarly. We did two other resevations and could with easiness take a cancillation of thise. Price and public areas in circumstace to Roma city is OK! This little residens are very sensitive of noise. Noise from neighbours and over lives is loudly.

One panel of the shower was broken and all the water was going out to the floor and it seemed a swimming pool. Apart of this, all was correct and we would come back for sure

Accommodation in Rome is expensive in general, but this does not justify the poor quality vs. price ratio offered by this aparthotel.

The bed was awful. Nice neighbourhood with cheap supermarkets, pizzeria, subway and cyber-cafe near the appartment.

The room was just as described in the picture. I do have 2 complaints though. The person that helped us into the rooms was very helpful and told us that if we needed anything to call him. We did call and they we not able to connect us with him till the next day. They were very unhelpful and eventually just hung up on us when they decided they couldn't communicate with us. Also, as mentioned in the previous comments the bathroom stunk really bad. My inlaws had the room across the hall, and their bathroom didn't stink at all. So I guess the larger room has the stinky bathroom. We purchased airfreshner and everything, but it just smelled like flower/sewer after that. The location was very nice, very close to the Metro. There is a supermarket across the busy street and a wonderful pasta restaurant with decent prices a few houses down. Be careful at the Termini rail station, we got robbed by gypsies!

The people who manage Le Petit are so kind and helpful that they almost make the stay worthwhile - almost. If it weren't for them, the rating would be entirely negative. We were three adults in a very small apt. -- very much smaller than I thought we had arranged for. The main problem was a dreadful smell of sewage emanating from the bathroom - according to the mgmt, it's an ongoing plumbing problem that they haven't been able to resolve, and all of the three apts on the floor have the same difficulty. Letting the water run in the shower helps some, but the smell came back strong several times in our stay. They kindly offered to move us to their hotel facility a few streets away, but at that point we'd invited guests for supper and needed the kitchen (minuscule and sparsely equipped as it is), so we stayed. At another point, the heater broke down -- but the manager came immediately (on Xmas Eve, no less!) to replace it. At the beginning, we were alone on the floor, but another group came to stay a few days later and the noise from the other apt. was barely tolerable. The bed (the fold-out) in the living room was simply dreadful, and my back is still hurting. The bathroom is off the bedroom and the heater is in the bedroom as well. This means: the person staying in the living room has to go through the bedroom to get to the bathroom and, likewise, if the bedroom door is closed for privacy, *zero* heat comes into the living room. I ran the stove for warmth. Water heater for shower is barely adequate for three adults; we had to take quick showers in shifts.

We rang for Andrea from Camilla Metro Station and he met us outside the Apartment block about 5 mins later. We were supposed to be with another couple. The apartment would have been small for 4 adults - OK for a family of 4 (2 adults & 2 children). Le Petit is on 3rd floor of block (no problem with lift). Main corridor is for 3 separate flats. Quirinale is living room (with sofa bed & 2 ring stove & fridge), bedroom with en-suite bathroom (leave plug in bidet to stop smell!!) Take your own (travel) kettle (we had to boil water in pan), bottle opener/corkscrew. Great Chinese just down from Metro. Several Pizza shops in area & decent restaurant (family run) 50 m or so away. Good supermarket (Gallo) below bar / restaurant (well used by locals) down on main road. Had a great week. Molte graci, Andrea - arrivaderci!!

My family (2 Adults and 2 Children ages 9 and 12) really enjoyed our stay in Le Petit apartments in Rome. We stayed there twice once for 1 night and again for 4 nights. The location is good with a short walk to the Metro and buses along Nouvo Appia. It is only 6 stations to Termini. Andrea was very helpful and he provided a map and a general run down of the tourist sites in Rome. We stayed in Quirnale apartment on the 3rd floor overlooking the street. The apartment was big enough for us with 3 rooms. ( 1/ bedroom, 2/ lounge/dining 3/ bathroom.) The girls slept on the fold out sofa bed and my wife and I slept in the double bed in the bedroom. The weather was very moderate in April and there was no real need to turn on the heting or cooling. We used the heater to dry our shoes on the last few days and the heater quickly warmed up the apartment. As for cooling I can't really say how well this worked. The kitchen facilities were sufficient. We like toast for breakfast and a toaster would have been handy. We used a fry pan on the stove instead. The refrigerator was good for storing drinks. We ate at SpaccaNapoli several times which is just across the road from the apartments. Good food and wine and very popular with the locals. There is also a bakery up at the corner that has delicious pastries, made breakfast really easy. The Supermarket is about 3 minutes walk from the apartment. The Shower was a bit of a problem as the hot water service only lasted for 4-5 minutes before it went cold. We arrange the girls to have their showers at night and my wife and I washed in the morning. I would definetly use these apartments again the next time I return to Rome.

Pokoje schludne ,łazienka z wc prysznicem i suszarką do włosów.

We had a very pleasant stay. Our host, Andrea, was extremely helpful and made us feel completely at home in Rome. We loved the neighbourhood and enjoyed the hospitality of the local shopkeepers: supermarket, pizzeria, bakery (also with pasta and pizza), internet café, everything is in the street or just around the corner. And with a weekly public transport card for 16 euro the touristic and historic parts of Rome are easy to reach. Whenever we will go to Rome again, we will try to stay in Residence le Petit again!

We highly recommend this apartment. Everything was as stated in the property advertisement and more. Andreas was extremely helpful. After we were caught in traffic on the autostrada for over two hours and arriving very late in the evening (well past our stated arrival time), Andreas was right there to let us in and give us our key. He answered all of our questions and was available for consultation during our entire trip. The property was terrific and very spacious. The room was very clean, the a/c worked as well as the stove and fridge. The apartment is located just around the corner from the Metro. A supermarket is located at the end of the block and there is a coffee shop around the corner that has inexpensive internet service. The neighborhood was safe and comfortable. We felt like locals, except for our bumbling of the Italian language. You can't beat the price. We searched all of the discount hotel websites and nothing came close to what we paid for this apartment. There is parking on the street, if you can find it. Also, there is a 24-hour parking garage on the next block over. They also offer a pick-up service from the airport for a fee. Noise Factor: As with the majority of European hotels or apartments, you can hear your neighbors coming and going. It was very minor here, but something Americans are not generally accustomed to. Give it a try, you'll be glad that you did. This is where we are staying on any future trips to Rome. Thanks.

The apartment is one of three tourist apartments of Le Petit, which are at the third floor of a big apartment building. Every morning, incl. weekend, we woke up at 6:00 by the noise of high heels stepping around on hard floor (laminat) above us for hours. Therefore we were not able to sleep enough during our whole stay. Futhermore the refrigerator was that noisy we had to switch it off at night. The kitchen equipment was not suitable for cooking. The bathroom smelled mouldy, towels and linen had not been changed for the whole time (8 days). All in all: sorry - not recommendable.

the location of this apartment is great! in a nice residential area, so it wasn't that noisy. everything you need within 2 blocks - supermarket, pizzeria, gelateria, postal services, laundry. the bus stop is about 50 meters away and the metro about 100 meters. at 75 euro a night for all that space and convenience. can't beat it for value for money. definitely recommended!

we booked a residency Quirinale, as we were 2 persons we had to pay an extra 15€ at first. Normally this flat is booked for 4 persons but I told that the photographs on the internet show only the quirinale so at the end we had not to pay the extra 15€. For 2 persons is this flat OK but for 4 persons it will be like living in a matchbox. the kitchen ustensils are not complete: to make coffee there is only a very small coffeemaker. Although we asked for a coffee filter machine nobody came up, the pots and pans date from last worldwar and are not suitable to cook. we apprecciated the fact that the flat and bathroom with shower was very clean and the air conditioning was working very good. when there are more than 2 people in the flat than a couple can sleep in the bedroom with adjacent bathroom and the others in a sofa bed in the kitchen-living, for toilet-bathroom they have to go always through the bedroom. this makes the flat not so good for 4 adult persons. The flat is on the third floor in a well maintained building and the elevator is very good. the street where the flat is is calm at night, there are no tourists and it is 5 minutes to the underground? A small supermarket is at 5 minutes aswell. if the kitchen ustensils are upgraded we can recommand this flat quirinale for 2 persons but not for 4.

The residence is well located, close to the subway station. The bathroom was not very clean and it didnt smell good, we were really annoyed by that. Price is good considering Rome is really expensive, and if one likes it is possible to use the kitchen and cook.

I booked this through this web-site. Is very close to a subway station and in the heart of a middle-class neighbourhood. Enjoyed staying in this area. We were well received. The residence was clean and well-kept. It was quite spacious for the 3 of us (adults).I would definitely stay there again.

This was an apartment setting and was what we expected or better. The room was excellent, clean and spacious for our needs. Some of the neighbors were a bit noisey in the morning, but that is the worst problem. The surrounding area was great and close to the metro. Would recommend this location.

Very good basic accomodation. With two couples, privacy between the two rooms was a moderate problem. Shower was tiny and shower head sprayed water everwhere but on you. Cooking facilities limited (two hotplates). We had no problem with access, but others did. It is ESSENTIAL to make arrangements (email or phone)for someone to open up for you.

We are a couple of friends who are very satisfied to choose this residence; very clean and useful to visit Roma for a week. We could park our car in a garage very close by the apartment (14 euros per days : the hotel reserve a place for us) and take subway or walking to discover the town. We recommend it to our friends

The location was chosen by the map found on the web page. It tourned out that "Le Petit" has two locations, only the central one was indicated on the map. Poor quality was accepted according to the price, but that a four person appartment doesn't have two separate rooms (bathroom excluded) was found very poor!

Good location and nice apartment, just a few minutes walk from Metro. But telephone before you arrive or you will be waiting in the street with your luggage, as they have just 3 apartments in a larger private block.Had a great stay in Roma and don`t buy your water in the Vatican unless you have your credit card.

Ideally placed and well equipped small apartment close to the Metro station so very easy to get into the centre of Rome for sightseeing. The flat was air-conditioned which was an unexpected bonus.
