In case of a cancellation less than 48 hours before arrivals or in case of no show, a cancellation fee will be charged : 1 night for stays of less than 1 week, 2 nights for stays between 7 and 27 nights, 4 nights for stays of over 28 nights.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 2 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
