Hotel was great, we have 2 young children which is why we decided on this hotel. It was a really good decision as the hotel was so well run and cared for, lovely selection of pools. The buffet half board was of a good standard, only thing was there could have been a little more choice. We had a 2 bed apartment, which meant we did not have to keep pulling out and making our bed. Room did not have a hairdryer, you had to hire this through the hotel. Also charges apply for safe box in room. Kitchenette was a little small although adequate. However these are all little things, the hotel was really well run, everyone was doing what they where meant to and there is no faulting their efforts and achievements. we would definately return.

Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the apartments are available at any time. However, guests are requested to call the hotel to communicate their exact arrival time.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the apartments not later than midday.

Baby cots are available upon request and cost €4,80 per day.

Breakfast is not included in the price and costs €9,00 per person for half board reservations or €19,00 for the rest of reservations.
