This was my first stay. I would definitely stay there again. Prato is a delightful small town and this hotel is situated in a beautiful historic building. I did not find the street noise or the bells to be problems, just part of the experience of staying in an historic centre.

Only few minutes away from the Railway Station. Room was big, but not appropreate style of furniture for type of this accomodation. Bathroom is very small.

By car
From the highway, take exit Prato est and follow the indications to the city centre and then to the Duomo, which is less than a 1-minute walk from Residence Manassei.

By train
Prato station is a 15-minute walk from the residence.
The Porta al Serraglio station is only a 5-minute walk away.

By airplane
Florence airport is about 15 km from the residence. Take a taxi or a bus (although the bus has quite an inconvenient schedule).

Check-in: the apartments are available from noon. The reception is open from 9.30 a.m. until 12.30 p.m. and from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. Please note that the reception is closed over the weekend. Arrivals after opening hours are to be communicated.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the apartments no later than 10 a.m.

Garage parking is not included in the price and costs €10,00 per day.

CANCELLATION POLICY
First night earnest money for 1-3 nights-stay. For 4 nights or more, 30% of the total of the stay Call to be accommodated as the reception is not staffed 24 hours (Saturday and Sundays closed).
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 15 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
