The rooms are very spacious, clean, and seem like newly renovated. Breakfast was great! they have a machine that can despense whatever type of coffee you wanted and there are more selection to eat. Living room was very spacious for 2 and the kitchen was clean and it serve its purpose.

This was a fantastic hotel, clean, with a lot of room apartments, with a nice location, walking distance to all attractions that Prague can offer, the breakfast was nice and perfect as the kindness of the staff, I will recommend this hotel to everyone

I've reserved a suite attico at the 6th floor with panoramic view of the Castel and the Old City: we were at the 2nd floor with a "panoramic view" of the Hotel opposit Residence Bologna. In the description was an jacuzzi: this was but it was broken. The change was € 1,00/CZK 23: when I've paid with the cradit card they use the change € 1,00/CZK 25!!!

The price got through Venere.com for our reservation was 360€, but the hotel applied a very high change rate between Euro and the local currency and finally the price charged was 383€. Although they have a change rate published in the reception desk of 1 EUR = 25 CZK, they applied 1 EUR = 28 CZK, so they did what they wanted when we asqued for that. The owners of the hotel have a restaurant in the down floor, and themselves were singing with a karaoke all our stay in night time until late, disturbing not only the guests but also the neighbours. In general, apart from the international hotel chains and some exceptions, in the Check Republic the staff involved in hotels services is not very professional.

Hôtel en travaux. Beaucoup de bruits. Mais accueil extrêmement chaleureux. Situation dans la ville exceptionnelle. Appartements neufs. Au vu des travaux, l'hôtel va être superbe. Une adresse à retenir, mais les prix vont certainement exploser, car nuitée peu chère pour l'instant. Attention pour les personnes âgées, pas d'ascenseur et beaucoup d'escaliers.

La nostra estada a l'hotel va ser molt acollidora i aprofitosa: els serveis com la localització van ser perfectes. Un apartament prop del centre i prop del barri del castell. Tranquil.litat i centric al mateix temps. Unes habitacions espaioses i suficientment equipades: armaris, calaixeres, cadires, tv, taula... la cuina està bé però li faltaria algun equipament per poder cuinar millor, és recomenable portar algun estri o comprar-ho a Praga aprofitant els preus.

The price given on Internet are given and confirm in Euros, but the bill was in local currency with a bad rate, so we paid globaly 25 euros additional on the 530 Euros announced

Overall we had a good stay at this hotel. The interior of the hotel was being remodeled which caused a lot of dust throughout the hallways, reception area, and worse of all the room. Also, if you use them to exchange your currency they will charge you a fee but won't tell you, be sure and ask first. The underground garage is a plus, even at 15 euro a night.

I made the reservation in Euros and I paid in local money. Let´s see if the change is correct or not. I suspect not.

In general I'm satisfied. It covered expectancies and offered a good service for the money. Can only say: Good!

The hotel was a set of apartments - the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend the hotel to others. The price was a bit more than what I would like to have paid but I expected this due to the location of the hotel.

Price was quoted in EUR, then I was charged CZK, with the conversion at an unfair rate. Debit to my credit card will turn out to be remarkably higher than the quoted price.

Residence was in a quiet side street location a few blocks south of the old town (very reasonable walking distances). Although there weren't many people in the area, we felt relatively safe walking to/from the hotel at night. The stairs/passageways are very dark, stark, echo and have lights that automatically turn on and off. This can be a little bit disconcerting at night. The rooms were very large (the bedroom was actually oversized relative to the furnishings). The bathroom was good and we did not need to use the kitchenette. The lifts were not reliable. There was a significant leak on a lower floor the first night of our stay. Repairmen were quickly on the premise. The only significant watchout for a family was the single room key. The staff was helpful (reasonable English skills) although the taxi they had arranged for in the morning did not show up and we ended up missing our train. We recommend this residence.

The hotel is in an excelent location and the rooms are clean and nice. For a touristic stay it is a lodging I recommend for sure. We had not a single problem there. Very convenient.

Good firm beds, decent breakfast, great location ... definitely reccomend it. Just beware to ask for extra blankets/duvets in winter ...
