the apartment was perfect. It was a quick walk to the old town area about 10 minutes. The apartment was clean and spacious and the people were very accomodating who checked us in. Would definitley stay here again.

We loved this very spacious and well kept apartment and would recommend it to any group. All the staff was FANTASTIC; very helpful and pleasant, especially Francesco, who welcomed us with a great orientation and helped us with everything. The apartment is located on a quiet street very close (5 min walk) to the main areas, shopping, banks, grocery stores, transportation and just about everything. It is about a 15-20 minute walk to the centre of the old city. The apartment was clean, airy and extremely spacious with a fully equipped kitchen. Requests for an iron and hairdryer were fulfilled withing minutes. There is a wonderful restaurant overlooking the river on Narodini (the main street close to the apt) - right across from the National Theatre, you should try - great food, ambience, view and prices. The driver who took us to the Railway station was amazing (organized by the apartment).. he not only gave us a very intellectual commentary on the city as we drove through, but also helped us with our luggage and walked with us right to the information booth and showed us our platforms! A very pleasant experience; thank you! We loved Prague.

The rooms were spacious but the skylights were covered with cardboard, not moveable shutters, the air conditioning barely adequate for the room size and kept being turned off by staff so that it was hot when we would return at the end of the day. There was no shower curtain and the shower head was on a flexible tube mounted halfway up the wall. We had to shower on our knees. Also they lost our booking and offered us a regular room with a sofa bed when we had booked the deluxe room. This apartment is not for older people as there was a winding staircase leading to the sleeping loft. We were provided with satellite television only after making two requests and got it on our third night. The neighbourhood was nice and quiet and convenient, and restaurants were cheaper than in the old town.

THE DINNIG ROOM IS AMAZING. THE HOTEL IS CONFORTABLE AND THE PEOPLE ALWAYS OFFERED US THEIR BETTER SMILE AND SERVICE. 100% RECOMENDABLE. EASY TO FIND IN A CITY WHOSE STREET´S NAMES ARE SO HARD TO REMEMBER IT.

We stayed for 3 nights. Upon arrival we received very warm welcome. The room is good. The surrounding is very quite, though we can hear the noise next door occasionally. The best thing is that cooking facilitate is available inside the studio. The breafast is abit dull though. Overall strongly recommend!

Aparthotel excelente, en buena zona y con desayuno correcto. Solo hemos encontrado dos problemas: en la bañera no había cortina (con la incomodidad de mojar todo el baño) y nuestra habitació no tenía persiana en la ventana (teniendo en cuenta que en el mes de julio amanece sobre las 5 de la mañana, es un poco molesto pero al final te acostumbras) En cualquier caso, repetiría la estancia pero pidiendo una habitación con persianas.

Thought the room was great value although if you pay in CZK, they'll use a not very favourable exchange rate. The key for the stairwell wouldn't work for us at night so we'd to climb up the balcony to unlock it from the inside. Overall though, it was in a great spot and the breakfast was grand. Would stay here again

Stayed three nights. Rooms imaculate, clean,plenty of space. Good location for new & old town. Reception staff efficiant.Little bleak in B/fast room but fresh food and enough. Would recommend, and go back.

Tomamos dos reservaciones a traves de venere.com y en los dos casos reservamos deptos o habitaciones "de luxe" y cuando llegamos no había y nos pusieron en una standard. En este hotel no nos querían rebajar el precio de la reserva porque decían que ya ellos habían aumentado su tarifa. Despues de una larga discusión nos rebajaron E10 por noche. Si nos fuera por este tema (no menor) el resto fue muy bueno. La ubicación excelente, los deptos limpios.

Residence molto bello, pulito, silenzioso e almeno la nostra camera era spaziosa e luminosa. La prima colazione potrebbe essere migliore ma non ci si può lamentare. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile e il rapporto qualità prezzo è eccellente.

Nearby restaurants and bars were very good and a good value compared to those near the main attractions. Be sure to visit U Flecku just around the corner. Oldest brew-pub in Prague. Excellent beer. Globe Internet cafe on Pstrossova street just 3 blocks away. Very noisy one night (soccer fans). Good breakfast.

Buena ubicación, gente agradable, precios y desayuno aceptables, lugar recomendable. Inconveniente: la pieza a la calle donde estuvimos está muy expuesta a los ruidos exteriores. Sugerencia constructiva: no recomienden más el City Tour. Muy malo

For the price and location, it was great. I would have been difficult to get there on maps alone but the GPS was spot on. Though its service options are limited, it makes up for it with comfortable and affordable room close to the sites of the city. More importantly, the staff was very helpful and professional.

The front staff at this residence were very friendly and helpful. The room itself was very large and comfortable - one of the nicest on our tour of Europe!

Highly recommended. Great apartment with full fridge/freezer, free internet (with laptop).Staff were most helpful even offered me medicine for my cold! Quiet but very close to major buses and train station. Good shops and eating places nearby.

Ottima accoglienza, anche se si arriva la sera tardi. Gli appartamenti sono nuovi, molto spaziosi e puliti. Il personale dell'albergo è molto cortese e da ottime indicazioni su dove andare a mangiare e cosa vedere a Praga. Ottima posizione: solo 10 minuti a piedi dal ponte san carlo.
