The property covers multiple apartments, and so are the pictures: not all of them have a balcony with a view on the castle. This is stated on the page (so no surprise for those reading the details), but one might get mislead if checking the pictures solely. The guy at the reception was really friendly, and waiting for us, provided free map and tips for parking, emergency mobile number etc. The apartment was not in the building as originally indicated, but in the same one where the office is. It was on top floor, without an elevator (despite of the one in the originally indicated building). There were 2 stores inside with a spacious kitchen, floor-heated bathroom, and two rooms upstairs. It was brand new, clean, recently renovated, apparently haven't fully been finished, as at some places cables hung out of the wall... Some curtains, could also have been handy... Apart from these details the overall experience was really satisfying, especially as the price was really affordable. Location is great, 1 minute from the Ginger-and-Fred building, and the old-town was not further than a 10 minute walk in relaxed pace. Also there are some nice and varied types of restaurants nearby, including the Švejk's one just at the other side of the street.

When I first registered, I didn't realize there wasn't going to be anyone one to clean up and organize the room daily, but that was not a big problem, cause we didn't mess things too much. Employees were always trying to help us in absolutely any request, for example by lending me a hair dryer and a toaster.

I booked an appartment on riverside. Got a room in another building 3 streets up from original location. They had written me about this AFTER I had booked. But Prague is so Beautiful that for a long weekend you will only see your appartment at night and go to bed !! So this wasnt a problem. Great service, great place, very well renovated. still needed some finishing touches. Great for family and groups.

Stayed for 2 nights, long enough if that is all you can fit in. The location is good as it is not to far to walk to the main areas, but we did now the way because we had been to prague before. The apartment did have a view of the castle, few aerials in front but we were happy.It was a bit difficult to locate as it was only a small door with a small sign, but we asked a local and they walked us to it. Our only first impression thought was the door was a little old and rickety and could do with smartening up, then you wouldn,t feel as anxious about what the inside and the apartment is going to be like. When you get out of the lift the landing is a little untidy, maybe a new storage area would look better. But on entering the apartment is was very warm and welcoming, a little rough around the edges but we were very pleased with the space and facilities offered. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will go again and reccommend to others.

The driver missed picking us up at the airport and there was load construction going on outside while we were there which started early in the AM. Otherwise a nice place.

We stayed in the Castle View apartment which had brilliant views, very spacious and excellent facilities. Would definatley go back to Residence Principe. Be aware that the office and apartments are two streets apart and difficult to locate but worth it when you do.

Noisy. It would be good to have curtains at the windows to sleep a bit longer on the morning ! But a very good and convenient adress and aparment to spend a few days in Praga.

We went to the apartment location as advised by our email from Venere. Went there, no details as to what to do. Luckily found a neighbour who told us (with great difficulty as we spoke different languages), that the leasing office had moved around the corner. We went around the corner, with all our luggage, to find that the apartment company had no signage at the new location. Finally found their office, to be told that the apartment was in a completely different location, a few kilometres away. They need to let customers know where their new office location is, and also advise where the apartment location is. We dragged heavy luggage around Prague on a hot afternoon, wasting a few hours.

It would have been nice to have a coffee machine but regardless Residence Principe was an excellent choice.
