Nice hotel and apartment building. Wish we had known the hotel room and apartment were in two different buildings, 300 meters apart. Otherwise, very nice place to stay.

How to reach Serviced Apartment Cristallo

By car
The residence is easily reachable by the highway Venezia-Trieste. Exit at San Donà di Piave and turn right for Ponte di Piave. At the traffic light in Ponte di Piave, turn right, and follow the directions to Oderzo. Proceed straight on for about 2 km and at the traffic light, turn right for Levada. The residence is 1 km ahead on the left.

By train
The residence is 2 km from the Ponte di Piave railway station.

By airplane
The residence is 25 km from the Treviso airport or 30 km from the Venice airport.

Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the apartments are available from 2 p.m. It is necessary to arrive not later than midnight. Later arrivals should be communicated. Check-in and check-out are done at the reception of the hotel Al Gabbiano.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the apartments not later than 11 a.m.

Garage is not included in the price and costs €5,00 per night.
Shuttle service to the airport is not included and costs €20,00 per car for about 4 persons.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation within 2 days from ariival will be charged for the first night amount. Cancellation 3-7 days to arrival will be charged for 80% amount of first night. 7- 10 days to arrival 50% of the first night will be charged. No penality for cancellation 11 days before arrival
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 10 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
