very beautiful place, calm and confortable. very clean and well made furnitures. position is also very appreciate. very friendly accomodation and avaiable employees. the only little thing we didn't like was that no employees could speak our language or english.

Siamo stati a Perissa per una settimana, abbiamo noleggiato uno scooter per girare l'isola, veramente incantevole, non perdetevi il tramonto a Oia. Allo Studio Zannes ci siamo trovati molto bene, poco distante dalla spiaggia, dove ci sono i locali più turistici e dalla strada principale, dove sono situati, oltre ad altri locali per i turisti, i Supermarket e i negozi che fittano auto e scooter. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è eccezionale e il personale veramente cortese.

We really enjoyed Costa's hospitality and our cleaner was delightful and very helpful. One of us fell in the sea and scraped an arm and she knew exactly what to do. Both Costa and his housekeeper were very welcoming and looked after us very well. The walks and beach were great. The swimming especially good.

Consigliatissimo per le coppie giovani e non, stanza piccola ma con tutte le comodità(frigo,piastre per cucinare,piatti e pentole,tv,ventilatore e aria condizionata inclusa nel prezzo)Il bagno tende ad allagarsi quando ci si fa la doccia, ma non è un problema visto che la signora delle pulizie passa in camera ogni mattina per rifare i letti,pulire e ritirare le carte del wc, che a santorini vanno messe nel contenitore della spazzatura; e poi ogni 2 giorni vengono cambiate le lenzuola e gli asciugamani. Il max della pulizia quindi. Il residence è a 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia nera e da tantissimi ristoranti, pubs, bar, markets e negozi di noleggio. Nel complesso ci sono state 2 cose negative: 1)ci siamo ritrovati in una stanza coi letti singoli anzichè una matrimoniale, nonostante avessimmo prenotato quest'ultima, ed è abbastanza scomodo dormire con 2 letti singoli affiancati 2)mancanza del servizio navetta da e per l'aeroporto, il servizio degli autobus è pessimo e bisogna spostarsi necessariamente in taxi.Il proprietario è molto disponibile e socievole.

Very friendly and professional email correspondence by the daughter of the owner. Gave us a bigger room, in which we felt at home. Very good price for a high season. Close to the sea (the best beach in Santorini), but away from the noisy clubbing area. I can only recommend it.

It's a good choice: clean, near beach and Perissa village, in a silent zone. There's no a great view, but it's possible to stay outdoor on the great balcony on the first floor. The Zannes family is very kind.

How to reach Serviced Apartment Studios Zannes
By airplane
The flying time from Athens international airport to Santorini is approximately 40 minutes. Santorini national airport is located near Monolithos beach, about 9 km from Perissa. The transfer time between the property and the airport is about twenty minutes by public bus. Taxi service is available for connections to any part of the island.
On leaving the airport, take the main road towards the south of the island and follow the directions to Perissa.
By boat
To reach the island of Santorini there are daily ferry boat services connecting the Athens port of Piraeus to Fira's harbour, located 5 km away from the property. The boat trip takes about 8 hours by ferry and 5 hours by high-speed ferry. Taxis are easily found at the end of the wharf.
