Never have changed the towels/white goods during our stay there 4 days. Never cleaned the rooms/bathrooms. Little lift (passangers or suitcase not both) not employee during night and few hours in the day. they changed the entrance door password with preavise. not soap available and not other for cleaning for cleaning dishes.

I stayed at the Hotel St. Germain in August 2009. Travelling with my family, we actually had two significantly different rooms to compare the differences. General The hotel is very well situated being only minutes from the St. Michel fountain and the Notre Dame Cathedral. The hotel does not have "beds". It has pull-out beds and cots, although the pull-out beds were surprising decent. As can be expected with most small Paris hotels, the stairs and the lift are very small. If you have large baggage, expect to be lugging it up the stairs. Room 1 - Two persons with baby Situated at the back of the hotel, this room was very quiet and allowed for the windows to remained open to try to cool the room. Unfortunately, there is very little breeze in the back so the room can get stuffy. The room was also VERY small for use with two adults and a baby. With the "bed" open, there was practically no space to put the crib, suitcase and table without some creative shifting and jamming. Room 2 - Three adults MUCH larger than the first room with more than enough space for everything. Also much louder than the first room as it was on the street with constant street noise. This was to be expected with the location. Overall, the hotel was a good deal for the location. However, one must be willing to forego some features and realize the room is to sleep in and not to enjoy.

I stayed here with my son and husband and although the room was small it was adequate for us. There was a small kitchenette but no toaster or kettle. Bit short on utensils but we got through with what we had to prepare meals at home with microwave and stovetop. Characteristic building and excellent location to Notre Dame, Sorbonne and transport, supermarkets, restaurants and main sites if you like a walk. Reception was very helpful despite not speaking much english. We loved our stay here and would certainly do it again. Our room overlooked the street which was great but noisy with windows open. Double glazed windows great when closed as minimal noise. Very small lift ok for one person or bags. Stairs very narrow and steep.

- The room is really good for family who stay with little child. Close to the station, restaurant and supermarker. - Especially the kitchen include everythings for cooking and use. - The folding bed is big enough for two adults and one little chid sleep. - Reasonable price, Excellent area and Good location.

El apartamento en el que nos hospedamos es perfecto para dos personas, lo único que le faltaba: aire acondicionado o un ventilador de techo, por lo demás OK. La ubicación es exelente, a pasos del metro y de las principales atracciones de Paris. El conserje merece un 10 por su atención, disposición y profesionalismo. El año próximo, volveremos al St. Germain nuevamente

We travelled as young couple, we stayed in Paris 5 days and 4 nights. I would reccomend the residence Le St. Germain to all the people who wants a central position with a good price. Rooms are not very large but there is all the necessary for cooking and a small bathroom. There is the metro station right in front of the residence.

Estuvimos en Paris de vacaciones, mi marido, mi nieta y yo. El departamento pequeño pero confortable. Estuvimos cinco dias y nunca nos cambiaron las toallas, ni las sábanas,pero la ubicacion de los departamentos es excelente y pasamos cinco dias inolvidables.

I was travelling with my sister, mom and aunt. We stayed in the duplex for 3 nights and could not have been happier. First we landed very late and it was no problem having someone there to meet us at midnight. Our rooms were clean, spacious and could not have asked for a better location. I immediately left the room to go explore! There were wine bars and bistros everywhere and it was absolutely beautiful. We could see Notre Dame from our window and could walk to it in under 10 mins. I would 100% recommend this apt house to stay in and in fact emailed the info to a friend going before I even came home.

El hotel funciona como si se alquilara un departamento, te dan las llaves al llegar y uno tiene que hacerse cargo de todo, desde hacerse la cama hasta la limpieza diaria ya que no tiene servicio de mucama si la estadía es por menos de 7 noches. Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas, la que nos tocó a nosotros era de 3 x 2 incluyendo cama y cocina. Lo mejor es la ubicación ya que se encuentra a metros de la zona de restaurantes y a media cuadra del subte y del RER. Por la zona pasan muchas lineas de bus. Para una pareja o grupo de amigos es muy recomendable.

Seen from the outside it doesn't make a good impression but It's ok for the price. It's in the middle of everything, it has a lift inside and it's quite clean. When I was there they were working inside the building (painting, repairing..) so it will become even better. I would come back

In una stradina tranquilla parallela a Rue de l'Harpe, quindi centralissima, 5 minuti a piedi da Notre Dame. Attraversando Bld.Saint Germain uscendo dal Residence c'é il Musée du Moyen Age Cluny, un "gioiello" che spesso turisti frettolosi dimenticano di visitare. E da lí in poi verso il Pantheon il Quartiere Latino della Sorbonne. La stanza a tre letti non é grande, i letti sono divaniletto un po' duri, ma angolo cucina e bagno sono completi. E due finestre danno molta luce. Per quel prezzo e in quella posizione non si puó veramente pretendere di piú.

The location was excellent and very easy to get to by train from the airport,there are lots of cafe's & restaurants close by and the area felt very safe, we stayed in a 3 bed apartment, there was one double and one single sofa bed, the only critisism is that the double sofa bed was very uncomfortable.

Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Situato in posizione eccellente per raggiungere a piedi il centro (5 minuti a Notre Dame), per trascorrere una piacevole serata nei numerosi bistrot situati nelle vicinanze frequentati da giovani e studenti. Comodissimi collegamenti con Metro e RER , anche con l'areoporto Charles De Gualle.

We really enjoyed this small but very covenient aparthotel. Excellent location if you are looking for a central place in Paris. Restaurants, shops and supermarkets around. Small kitchen but you don't need anything more to prepare your breakfast or a simple dinner (better to go to a restaurant. You're in Paris!). Nice and helpfull staff.

The location is truly amazing. Just off St. germain boulevard, surrounded by lots of caffes, although quite touristy. Best bit - about 5 minutes walking from Nottre Damme and the Metro. THe guy running the front desk was very polite and friendly. It's not quite a hotel but rather an apartment block in a 1800s building. The front desk staff is not there all the time so make sure you let them know if arriving "out of hours". Definately recommended as the location and cleanliness of the studio flats are a very good value for mone.

Hotel surroundings are excellent, and price-quality is good in terms of Paris Accommodation. At the invoice the Hotel included more than a Euro per day in terms of taxes, that there were no reflected at the web page.

Si tratta di una sistemazione molto, molto centrale e sufficientemente accogliente. Ti senti come in una casa ed è piacevole. Forse un minimo di servizi in più non guasterebbe (ad esempio avevamo due soli raccoglitori per le carte e i rifiuti, e nella stanza non c'erano ricambi). Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è eccellente.

Reservation service did not work at all, we were lucky to have a room...! Take notice of reception working hours, we arrived at lunchtime and had to wait until 4pm. Rooms differ in spaciousness and equipment. Good hotel for small groups on a budget as some self-catering is possible, there are small supermarkets nearby and lots of cheap restaurants/take-aways at St. Michel.

There was a misunderstanding at the apartment we stayed at. Our room was given to someone else and our group had to split into different rooms when we were originally supposed to be together. Thus, we stayed in one room for 2 nights and had to pack our bags to move across the hall to another room. The receptionist who worked there was not welcoming at all. Great location though and the rooms were very cute and clean with a nice view.

Quiet room perfectly located. Kitchen included in the room which is unfortunately very small.
