Nice, clean and spacious studio's at a good location (10 minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe). Tiny garden for children. Nice to have a small kitchen for breakfast.

The room is clean with a modern appeal, well-furnished, but quite small, although the bathroom is relatively big. Fortunately, we also had a small terrace. No storage space for your luggage so you have to keep it on the floor, so it gets cramped. Bed-linen and towels are a bit old and thinning. Extra bed for our child was just a fold-out. The kitchenette is sparingly but adequately equipped, however be warned that a cleaning fee applies if you make a mess. Except for the fridge and making cups of tea, we hardly used it. The room is very hot during the summer-time and fortunately the portable air-conditioner supplied worked well. Despite the shortcomings, the hotel is in a safe neighbourhood, and very well located, with easy walking distance to several underground stations, the Arc de Triomphe and the impressive shopping district on the Avenue des Ternes where you will find high-end fashion boutiques and the Monoprix department store. You must visit the narrow lanes between Avenues Niel and de Wagram, adjacent to des Ternes, for the delightful very French farmers market stalls selling fresh produce, bread and pastries, wine, cheese etc. In this general vicinity, check out the local toy shops and taste the expensive but scrumptious chocolates and nougat from Cote de France at 5, place des Ternes. Loads of cafes and restaurants providing French and multi-culutral food. If you have pre-teen children and want to give them a fun day out, visit the fairgrounds at the Jardin d'Acclimatiation (16e) and the play park at the beautiful Jardin du Luxembourg (5th). If you have space in your luggage, make a stop at the Village Joue Club at 3-5 Boulevard des Italiens (9e), a huge 15-room toy shop selling some French made items (I couldn't leave without a robot for my son) as well as the usual brands available everywhere. One last thing, the bilingual hotel staff are kind and courteous and happy to help with inquiries about getting around Paris, booking taxis etc.

Lo mejor es la amplitud de la habitación y lo nuevo que estaba todo. Asimismo estaba muy bien situado. Lo peor, la cama supletoria que era muy pequeña y sonaba mucho y el ruido que se oía proveniente de otras habitaciones, debido fundamentalmente, a la inexistencia de aire acondicionado y tener que dormir con la ventana abierta por ser días muy calurosos. No obstante, creo que la relación calidad/precio para Paris es excepcional

Check-in time was very late (at 5 pm), but they had baggage service. The studio was just as the pictures, and it was clean. Nice balcony with 2 chairs and a small table. We had a great stay, except for one member of the staff who really wasn't very welcoming. We got the feeling that we where bothering this person if we ask for anything (witch we didn't do more than a couple of times). :) An excample for you: Our last night, we wanted to check out and pay for our stay since we had to leave before the reseption opened in the morning. We suddenly realized that it was only 20 minuts till the reseption would be closed, so we rushed down to the reseption. We where quite shocked that this person actualy complained about us coming so close to closing time to pay our bill! After the bill was paid, we asked for some towels because we had only gotten one bath towel that day (we where 2 persons), this person sighed and looked very displeased, but in the end said that he would let housekeeping know. We where out of his office in good time before his work day ended, feeling quite shocked about this persons behavior towards his guests. It actually put us of going back to the place.

Residhotel is located in a quiet street, 15 min walking to Champs Elysees. The studio is a bit small but very clean. The kitchen corner had what we needed, including a dishwasher. We were 6 and decided to stay in a double studio + one quadruple studio. They were both the same size, so the quadruple was very small for all. The rate was a bit high, specially because they don´t offer breakfast and once you get the key you´re on your own.

It is an excellent hotel, close to Champs Elysee Av. and the silence is impressive. My family loved this place and I'm sured to recommend it to another families.

Hotel was clean and pretty close to the station. The safe was broken and the lamp didi not work. They offered to fix. Safe was fixed the next day, however, a mess was left in the bathroom, and our towels were used. So we had to request clean towels. Apart from that the room was spacious and the staff at the desk were most helpful.

WE CAME FROM AUSTRALIA TO EUROPE TO CELEBRATE MY 50TH BIRTHDAY. GOOD LOCATION OF RR, REASONABLE PRICES FOR PARIS. EXCELLENT MANAGER RINNA WITH GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND A VERY HELPFUL ATTITUDE. WE CANNOT SPEAK HIGHLY ENOUGH OF HER.

This was our second visit to Residhotel in as many years as we enjoyed it so much the first time and the location is perfect - out of the chaos of Paris centre but near enough to make getting around a doddle, also the neighbourhood is pretty and has everything you need on holiday and more. The staff are very helpful too - even in locating little known sights such as a pet cemetery!

L'hôtel Rennequin est un excellent choix pour un séjour prolongé à Paris. Il est situé à 5 minutes de deux lignes de métro et à quelques minutes à pied de l'Arc de Triomphe. Notre appartement était spacieux et très silencieux. La possibilité de faire ses propres repas est certes un atout dans une ville aussi dispendieuse.

Exactly what is presented in Internet. Excelent location, very helpfull people, including one guy who speaks portuguese. You can use the kitchen to prepare some food at any time. The best cost/benefit we found.

We had 2 rooms next to each other on the front 1st floor. The standard is very high although a shame that the owners did not provide better quality beds. Small kitchen worked well for us as a family of 5 at breakfast time. Beds were not made on one day and the appartment was not cleaned during our 3 night stay. Brasserie Lorraine at Ternes is a must visit! The management were very helpful and responsive and spoke excellent English. This is a good place to stay, well located for most tourist activities and restaurants and we would happily return.
