We have spent four days in the apartment. Unfortunately our child was ill during all our stay but the the location (many pharmacies all around) and the facilities of the apartment (tv, dvd, washing machine) were really useful. Anyway the location of the apartment is ideal, close to the centre of Paris, it was easy to walk to the Louvre or to the Etoile (10 mins). I could recommend to anyone who does not need hotel services (reception) and ready to prepare his own breakfast!

We were surprised to find that the Bridgestreet Opera was an apartment with no front desk, and that we never met any hotel employees at all. The apartment was clean, spacious and a perfect base for a stay in Paris. The kitchen had all the equipment we needed, it was great to have access to a TV, DVD and internet, and we really enjoyed our stay. We definitely recommend Bridgestreet Opera, and we'll consider it next time we go to Paris.

Opera apartment at rue de stockhom is nice and fully equipped. Its spacious and comfortable enough even for 3 person to stay. The location is convenient and walking distant to Champ Elysees, Printemps and Galeries Lafayette. No problem in finding food near the apartment. And the train station and Metro - St lazzar is just 5 mins walk from the apartment. There is also direct bus near the apartment to St German/St Michel. We took a taxi to the apartment for less than 10 Euro from Gare Du Nord. I would definitely recomend this apartment to my friends especially for ladies who love shopping!!

From Roissy International airport: take the A1 or A3 highway towards Paris. Then take the Périphérique Nord or Sud ring road and exit at Porte Maillot. Finally follow signs to Champs-Elysées - Opéra and rue de Stockholm.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: apartments are available at any time after 4 p.m. You will be contacted via email one week prior to arrival by the the property's Guest Service Team with information regarding key collection.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than 11 a.m.

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
High speed Internet access is not included in the price; details on request.
Shuttle service to/from the airport is not included in the price and costs €95,00 for 1-3 persons, €120,00 for 4-5 persons, or €150 for 6-8 persons.
Extra beds incur an additional fee of €10,00 per day.
Baby cots are available free of charge.
Pets are admitted for a fixed fee of €300,00 regardless the length of the stay.

CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATION 72 hours before the arrival without fees Less than 72 hours before the arrival: * 1 night charged for all stay from 1 to 7 nights. * 3 nights charged for all stay from 8 to 29 nights. * 5 nights charged for all stay + 30 nights. No refund for reduction of stay after the arrival.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 3 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
