Great location as it is literally 5 min from Arc De Triomphe and some nice shopping centres. Parking is a huge issue, but is free on the weekend. Nice clean room, 1 proper bed + 1 sofa-cum-bed. Comfortable and neat with almost all amenities you'd need. Helpful staff. I'd forgotten the key instructions, but the guy I called talked me through to getting them easily. No problems after that. Key collection instructions are given on last date. Would be good to have them given to you at the time of booking. Will go again.

2 days before Bridgestreet changes the apartment

This apartment was in an amzaing location. It was just two of us staying in a studio flat which was large enough for us, very clean, good heating, good lighting and very comfortable. We thought verything about the flat was great and the location was amazing too. They said check in was at 4pm but I called them on the day telling them that I had arrived in paris early and wanted to check in earlier. They called me back saying the apartment was ready and so we were able to check in at 1pm. The staff were very nice and helpful and we could always reach them by phone. The offices are very close by as well so I could just go to them if I had any problems. The apartment was great value for money especially if you look at the price of other hotels in the Champs Elysees area.

All the above comments are based on the apartment in Montparnasse as we were relocated by the agency. We were well pleased with the service, the agents actually called to make sure I got the message, otherwise I would have gone to the wrong one! There was also a bottle of champagne to welcome us and the apartment itself was an upgrade from a 1 bed to a 2 bed although in an entirely different location, nonetheless it suited us well. I'd like to praise the agency for their service and would definitely consider booking with them again. I would definitely recommend renting an apartment in Paris if you're travelling as a group of 4 or more.

All'arrivo ore 22,00 di domenica 20lug08 abbiamo trovato l'ascensore rotto senza nessuna indicazione del fatto che il nostro appartamento era al 5 piano e le scale principali arrivavano al 4° piano. Dopo aver salito tutti i babagli di 4 persone 2 adulti e 2 bimbi per le scale principali, siamo stati costretti a ridiscendere ed usare le ripide scale di servizio che erano le uniche che arrivavano al 5° piano. Essendo un appartamento in locazione comunicavamo solo per telefono con un incaricato. Siamo riusciti ad entrare nell'appartamento solo alle 24,00. A parte l'inizio, l'alloggio era tranquillo e confortevole sebbene piccolo.

I actually stayed in another property of Bridgestreet's on this stay. There was some problem with the Berri property so we were reassigned. There was some confusion in picking up the keys but this was resolved with a few phone calls. I would say that this process (keys) needs to be a little less confusing. We had to pick up the keys at one location and the apartment was at another. If you are navigating a new city, this can be hard. The apartment we stayed at was beautiful. Very spacious, modern and clean. There was washing machine in the kitchen which was very convenient. It was located around the corner from the metro stop and many places to shop and eat. Overall, this was a great place to stay and I would return.
