Adagio City Aparthotel Paris Haussmann Champs Elysées Residence enjoys an outstanding location in the very heart of Paris city center, in the lively business district of Saint-Philippe-du-Roule, a few steps from the famous Grand Boulevards, between the Arc de Triomphe, Gare Saint-Lazare station and La Concorde Square.
This opulent 7-storey building combines elegance and high-end services. The apartments are finished using only the finest materials such as marble, granite, sandblasted glass and plane tree wood. very good location , close to Metro that got 2 lines, and a few bus's line goes to the old Opera House, or to the left bank. also not fare from galleries lafayette. But it is a commercial area not much trafic at night time.

Hotel situado en zona de oficinas, pero en metro a poca distancia de todos los monumentos importantes de Paris. Muy buenas instalaciones, muy buena relación calidad-precio. Me hubiera gustado que existiera la posibilidad de limpieza del apartamento, aunque fuese con coste adiccional, 4 días que estuvimos sin limpiar no me gustó demaseado. Por lo demás todo excepcional.

Hotel muy correcto. Instalaciones nuevas y a diez minutos de av.Champs Elysees. Estacion de metro a 3 minutos a pie (Miromesil). Está en una zona señorial de Paris principalmente de negocios. El hotel da la sensacion de ser un edificio de estudios y apartamentos. Bastante bien decorado. No hay limpieza de habitaciones durante la estancia. Es silencioso y ofrece comodidades tales como pequeña cocina con microondas, nevera y lavavajillas,pequeño equipo de música, wifi en las habitaciones y tambien en recepcion con utilización gratuita de impresora. En nuestro estudio disponiamos de habitación de matrimonio (con tv de plasma), baño completo (con tohallas suficientes para toda la estancia si lo has previsto antes), salon con sofá cama muy comodo (otra tv de plasma), una gran mesa de escritorio con wifi y una pequena cocina però completa incluso con menaje. Quizá comentar que segun quien esté en recepción,si necesitas alguna información, a veces es mejor esperar un cambio de turno. Los hay superamables y los hay que no dan más de si.

These apartments are excellent. We were 3 ladies and it was so nice to have the extra space. Only thing is the location, there is nothing in the neighborhood, we took taxi to and from the hotel every day. If you are going to Paris and don´t like the small hotel rooms stay at Adagio.

Gli appartamenti sono ben arredati e funzionali (c'è perfino la lavastoviglie con relativo detersivo). Il personale è gentile anche se non parla italiano. In generale la struttura è ottima, tranquilla, in una zona centrale. La metro è a 3-4 minuti e il market a 5 min. a piedi. Da consigliare vivamente.

We were surprised to find out that no booking has been made when we arrived the hotel (though we already got our hotel confirmation by email). The size of studio room is not spacious but acceptable. Ideal location of the hotel(only 3 mins. walk to metro station). Hotel room is faciliated with a small kitchen where you can cook for light meals + breakfast, which is a big credit. We had 5 nights stay at the hotel. We were surprised to find small insects appeared in our room for the initial 3 days. Also, there was problem with our water heater. Though we filed the complaint but the problem did not get fixed. On our last night stay, we had to go next door for a shower. There are differences between aparthotel and a real hotel. You've to collect what you need from the reception by yourself!! Most important is you won't expect a technician to fix up things for you right the way.

By car
From Paris Périphérique (ring road): exit at Porte Dauphine and take Avenue Foch, then turn right on Place Charles de Gaulle Etoile. At the roundabout, take the 6th exit, Avenue de Friedland, and proceed on Boulevard Haussmann.
By public transportation
You can reach the residence by taking métro line 9 or 13. Get off at Miromesnil and take Rue de la Boétie, then turn left twice, first in Rue du Percier, then on Boulevard Haussmann.
Bus lines n°43,22 and 52 stop at Miromesnil too.
By airplane
From Paris Roissy/Charles de Gaulle International Airport: take RER B (local train service), direction Poissy, and get off at Auber.
From Paris Orly International Airport : take Orlyval shuttle service to Antony station. Then, take RER B (local train service), direction Aéroport Charles de Gaulle 2 TGV, until Denfert Rochereau. Then, take underground line 6, direction Charles de Gaulle Etoile, until Montparnasse Bienvenue. Change to line 13, direction Saint-Denis/Garbiel Péri, and get off at Miromesnil.

Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation between the thirtieth day and the fifteenth
day preceding the arrival = 25 % of the Net Overall Amount
of the stay;
Cancellation between the fourteenth day and the eighth
day preceding the arrival = 50 % of the same Net Overall
Amount;
cancellation seven days or less before the arrival = 75 %
of the same Net Overall Amount;
non-presentation the day of the arrival = 100 % of the
same Net Overall Amount.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 30 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
