Situated a village enjoying a sunny aspect, superb lake views across the lake and the picturesque island of Comacina. All apartments have a balcony and use of the pool and garden. The area is extremely tranquil and many guests comment on the superb position of the apartment -close enough to enjoy the lake but away from the main road and traffic to enjoy peace and quiet!
The apartments enjoy an elevated position with panoramic views over the lake yet just 10 minutes walk from the lake and pretty public garden, ideal for sunbathing and swimming in the lake. The main ferry port in Lenno is only 3 minutes drive accessing the whole lake from Bellagio to Como

Excellent apartment in a marvelous place near the lake Como. We've been there for 3 nights and loved in so much! Very close to Menagio, Tremezzo, close to boat station to go to Bellagio. Very quiet place, fantastic views, very nice owner - Manuela, she was very helpful.
