Loved the room. It was spacious, and relaxing. Two big windows in each the kitchen space and bedroom. Two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bath. We would easily stay there again. The employees were very nice, and when we arrived the room was cool and ready. The kitchen comes with everything necessary to cook a simple meal.

Re welcoming -there was no one on duty at reception when I got there and I could not get into the building . By chance a couple were coming out and told me the keys were left for me at the desk. If they had not come out I would have been stranded as there was no reply to any buzzer!

Nice overall stay. Comfortable location, easy access to main attractions. Quite a small apartments but absolute ok for this price. Recommended for a budget travellers

This is not a hotel in the traditional sense - more of an apartment block which rents apartments by the night. The Residence is in a good location close to the beach (5 minutes walk)and city centre (10-15 minutes). However rooms are on the small side for a family. Air-conditioning at the apartment was not great and had to open the windows at night. Unfortunately, the area is not very quiet at night. Although the staff were friendly, the Reception was open for only a few hours every day. Moreover, credit card machine at the hotel was borken and therefore was forced into going rounds to banks to obtain cash.

the most unwelcoming and dirty place i've seen in France. Horrible small rooms with 3 layers of dust in them. We had a small room with 2 (!) tables!!! Why on Earth would you stick 2 tables in a small room???
